I've been a resident for over two years now. I feel that the pool table access should be increased. It's only available during office hours. Not open on Sunday and not every Saturday. There's got to be a way to allow residents to access the pool table after 5 PM.

It’s very clean and well maintained. The management is always prompt in answering questions and providing assistance when needed. The area is secured and you may see security personnel patrol around at night. There are events year round that provide socialization to the community such as seasonal parties and mini contests, which are just some of the fun perks of being a resident. I’m happy with my stay so far and would recommend this place to anyone new in the area.

These are beautiful apartments and I am very happy I moved here from El Dorado Hills. The apartments are brand new and I have not had any issues. I have been here for almost one year. The layout feels open and the apartments are not noisy. The pricing is fair for the area and quality. I really appreciate that you can access the gym 24 hours a day. The pool area is also very nice during the summer. The assigned garages are great and the community is truly diverse. There is also ample free parking which is convenient. The staff is super responsive with any requests or emails I have had.

Everyone in the office here was so welcoming and helpful for my recent application and move-in process. I was also impressed with how they quickly followed up on maintenance issues and other inquiries. The apartments are clean and bright(for night time as well, so I am relieved), totally happy with the new home ?

Amazing apartment in Folsom!Couldn't find a better place to live in. The leasing office staffs were very kind, responsive. Maintenance also super fast.Clean, cozy room with perfect clubhouse.

There are multiple features that make the Hub Apartments a positive experience in living there: Pool, Quality gym, Hot Tub, multiple grills, dedicated garages, balconies, etc.However, while all these things bring value to staying there, single-handedly the best thing is Craig and his maintenance team.Craig is super friendly and professional, and has taken care of all our maintenance requests in a timely manner (usually same-day or the next day!.) When we had an after-hours emergency on the weekend, he literally left a dinner at a restaurant to come take care of us. The grounds are well up-kept thanks to his team, even with the lack of regard from many residents (the gym was also usually clean.) A good amount of residents have litrle regard for the care and cleanliness of the grounds, especially how they dispose of the trash. There has also been an increase of homeless people getting into the dumpster areas. Craig and his team have worked hard to keep them off the grounds and done an excellent job in keeping the dumpster areas clean. Thanks to their care, I would gladly live there again. It was the only apartment I've ever lived in that it was sad living. I would recommend to anyone!!

Great experience thus far! Kelsey (Office Manager) has been incredibly friendly and professional throughout our stay here.**Update** 6/13/2023Had a few issues in our apartment that required the maintenance crew. Craig from the maintenance team was super helpful and responsive in getting the work scheduled and completed in a timely manner!

Every is always taken care of very fast at hub apartments by staff and maintains always is super helpful and always comes in time frame given and everything is always fixed and never any issues and he’s super nice guy too! I love everyone here I’m my community thank you from amy minter
