Do not use this lady! I had same experience as mark g. She does NOT respond to calls or emails. Basically just fell off of the planet after initial filings and dropped the ball on a lot of it which has literally cost me thousands of dollars! Beware!

I wish Laura had put in an extension. Never did. Thousands in penalties. We also had to change to new tax preparer for our home small business bc we didn't get any communication from her.
