I had bought a bathing suit here and wanted to return because the top did not fit well. The sales lady asked if I had worn the bathing suit and I was a little annoyed because I had literally tried it on twice once at home and at the store. To my horror, She pointed out a stain on the inside of the bikini bottom. Mind you, I ALWAYS wear undergarments when trying on suits and wash it before actually wearing it. So, I literally bought it stained!!! Gross!!! Of course they would not have believed me so I am stuck with a nasty bikini bottom. H and M please check your inventory before putting it back on the rack! This is a warning to everyone. And people for the love all that is sanitary!!! please wear undergarments when trying on swimsuits or underwear. I will be more diligent when checking before buying. I am shook to the core.

Worst customer service ever. The manager refused to talk to me when I asked to speak with a manager for an online purchase I made. I had my order number and they wouldn't help me.

i went to h&m to return 4 brown shirts with my grandma. when we got to the cashier she seemed very nice and helpful with what we came there for. she then smirked to her passing co worker and laughed. i wasn't sure why until she looked at me and laughed "haha I don't even know what I was laughing about haha it's nothing haha" i realized she was laughing at me. truly dreadful i felt like crying. all i could do was stare i don't know what I did. she noticed my eyes staring into hers and kept avoiding eye contact and quietly said "im sorry". through out the return she kept containing a smile. this worker on december 9th around maybe 5 pm was wearing a pale yellow light knited open sweater and had a low pony tail of brown loose curls. i hope shes confronted. I genuinely can't believed this was a real experience with a employee considering how "mean girls" and unprofessional it was.

H&M is always busy with lots of people inside the store. This one in Folsom is no exception. This store is enormous, and many customers there try to find the clothes that they want. The prices of clothes and accessories in H&M are from low to medium with pretty good quality. They have clearance racks, and the price starts from a few dollars. The workers at the cashier counter are friendly and quick. The line is moving very fast. The parking in front of the store is hard to find parking. The parking garage is a little far from the store.

Boring selection of clothes. Everything was black or white colored mainly. No flare for style or colors. Not worth the price.

My first visit to an H&M store! This one is at Palladio Shopping Center on a big corner, across from the fountain. Lots of parking all around the center. The store is HUGE, well lit, well stocked, cheerful.... I am definitely not their key demographic but they were super nice to me (an old lady) and smiled and asked to help. I tried on some clothes and the attendant at the dressing room was very nice and efficient. The check out crew were both nice, warm and fast. I ended up buying three things and I love them all. They have everything - like a small department store. Womens clothes, Mens clothes and kids' clothes. Also a small selection of shoes and accessories. I will definitely come back and check it out again. I enjoyed this fun store.
