Great location! Near to everything! The hotel lobby is spacious w/ lots of tables to hangout and eat. The room was a 2 queen bed room, pretty spacious, a nice long spacious table along the wall, with the tv, n very convenient to put out things. Microwave, k-cup coffee n fridge were fantastic. The issue was where the room was located, right next to the laundry room and the entrance to the pool and the entrance to the building. Every early morning, the racket from the washer/dryer woke me up plus all the chatting by the entrances. The hottub wasn't hot; only the jets worked. I was really looking forward to it so this was a real downer. I would stay here again, just at a different room and would check if the hottub was working. This stay was really a 2.5 out of 5.

I have paid the same price if not less for a nicer room with more amenities. I give my review so that improvements can be made.. cleanliness was not up to par at all. The shower tub was tiny and uncomfortable
The shower water pressure was severely low and unsatisfactory.
The sink/countertop in the bathroom was so high.
The pillows were filled with nothing but what felt like air. (Not quality pillows at all)
My expectations were higher for this hotel as it is well known, and this was my first stay here.
I cannot say that I was completely satisfied with my stay here. This will not be my first choice as I travel to this destination multiple times per month. They do not accept cash as payment?? They offer nothing complimentary.
I have stayed at larkspur landing previously. And Hampton inn. No problems at all. These hotels were amazing as well as my stays there with complementary breakfast!
I will not ever be staying here again.
The only plus was the free parking.
People who give 5⭐ here have low expectations.
They might as well stay at a hotel for $60 per night.
Or they just may be fake reviews.
Good luck everyone!

Ever since my check-in for my business trip, things have been questionable at this hotel. I would have gone to any other hotel instead of this one if I knew the state of it. My company booked the room a month in advance, and they claim it wasn't paid despite a charge already conducted for over $850 to my card from booking. Next, my shower had a chip in the bottom that I didn't notice until I cut my foot on it. And somehow, despite it being the 4th floor, I have found ants in the bathroom twice since the 8 hours I've been here. There is no free breakfast ($17!), so I advise going to one of the many local eateries for breakfast. And to top it all off, the hot tub, the entire reason we chose this hotel, was broken. Overall, the location isn't too bad, and the service is good, just the state of the hotel, given its price is very sub-par. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels of varying prices, and this room gives the feel of a $80 motel and not a $140 hotel. If in town, there is a Hampton not too far, and I highly recommend it! This hotel will be blacklisted by my company, so we don't have to have anyone go through the same issues I had to.

Service was on point. Staff friendly and accommodating. The bed was hard as a rock, there was no complimentary toothpaste, razors, coffee, or breakfast. The spa was broken and there was a huge hole in the window screen. But it was clean and a decent size. ($100 per night, pet friendly)
Rooms: There was a huge hole in the window screen. But it was clean and a decent size. The bed was hard as a rock.
Nearby activities: Not much
Food and drinks: They serve made to order food for a hefty price. They have a cocktail hour with beer and wine
Noteworthy details: Free parking, very quiet, pet friendly.

Hot tub not working one the main reasons we booked this hotel. Under staffed could not deliver towels and room had foul order. Would not recommended or stay here again.

Hilton Garden Inn was a great destination when we recently attended a family event in Folsom.
Rooms: The room was more than adequate and the staff was friendly and engaging.
Food and drinks: The breakfasts were just right.

Our first room was dingy and had moldy residue in the bathroom and the ac unit looked like it had seen better days, and later was confirmed to be broken. Thankfully, Teylor was able to move us into another room on the third floor which was a little cleaner but still had that overall dingy feel, as well as gunk in the shower. For the price I paid, I was disappointed in the quality of the room, but am glad they were at least able to change our rooms to have a functioning ac.

I was in town for business. I stayed at this hotel as it was selected by the company I am with and it was great. The rooms were clean and there were things to do around the hotel. The thing I liked the most was they actually have maid service daily, plenty of towels and plenty of shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower.Only draw back no comforters on the bed

I am a diamond member at Hilton so I’ve stayed at a lot of Hilton locations. This one is the worst Hilton Garden I’ve ever stayed at. All other Hilton Garden’s give their diamond members complimentary breakfast. This one? No, they give you a $10 credit towards the most expensive breakfast I’ve seen at a Hilton. When I asked about it, they said that this is just what this location does.
The sheets and pillowcases feel like the thread count is about 10. Something like a cross between cheap fabric and plastic.
The worst thing in my opinion is that the thermostat only turns the AC unit on if it senses motion. I slept like garbage the first night because my room was so hot. So I asked the front desk for a screwdriver and I pulled the thermostat off the wall and put it on my nightstand so that I could get a decent night sleep. Save your self a headache and don’t stay here! I never will again! I’ll also be filing a complaint with Hilton because I expect a lot more from a hotel that reps the brand.
