Not a great experience!I remember coming to Folsom Glenn as a kid, in the late 1990s, early 2000s. It's a cool spot, nice waiting area (even nicer now, than before). Loved the squirt gun sprayer... very fun.Years later, I went last week to get a car washed with the "Prospector" package... their most expensive wash. It was quick, in and out within 10 minutes. A little too quick... the interior looked like they just quickly wiped it down. The cup holder wasn't touched, etc. Today, my cousin wanted her car detailed. I told her to meet me in Folsom, and to drop it off at Folsom Glenn. They did a decent job... they could have done better in the back seat area, but overall... not bad.The issue, is that I was on the sidewalk waiting for her to pull up. She was talking with the person checking her in, going over what she wanted. I was wondering what was taking so long... I looked at her, and she was making hand gestures for me to walk over there. I walk up, and the guy is telling her it was going to be over $300. I asked why that was more expensive than it says online ($240ish). He fumbled with his words and was saying because the car has some dog hair he added to the amount.So, they just make up the numbers? He was telling her she couldn't get things a la carte, she had to pick a package on top of her detail... and she had to get the exterior washed, too.In the end he said "oh ok we can do it for $165"Just be cautious. Know what you want ahead of time, and don't let them take advantage.

Excellent service. I was there mid-morning so got right in. Great finishing detail. At one point there were eight people working on my car.

Folsom Glenn Car wash has always been my go to and used to love them but I definitely will not go back. I just paid $67 and it looks like they did the quickest wipe down they could and missed so many spot! Definitely not worth $67!

So I needed to sell my car this weekend. Only problem was that the check engine light was on. I had gotten the problem diagnosed and was told the only thing I needed to replace was the PCV valve. Since I didn't have the time or the money to get it fixed at my usual mechanic I figured that I, a single 30-year old woman with little education on cars, could fix it myself. After a half hour of watching Youtube videos I realized that I didn't actually have access to any of the tools I would need to get this fixed. I also was going to get my car detailed at Folsom Glenn so I figured, what the hell I'll see if they can help me with this too. I pulled up and spoke to a man who was in the garage and told him my predicament. He had me pull the car up, and was able to put the PCV valve on easily, and when I thanked him and asked him how much, he told me it was no charge. I didn't catch this man's name, but whoever you were, thank you so much!After the repair, I take the car over to detailing and Carlos was able to quickly do an interior detailing for me. Since it was raining that day, there was hardly anyone else there and he was able to get it done in an hour and a half for an Express Interior detailing service. The car was nearly immaculate on the inside and smelled great. The best part of all of this was that I was able to get the car sold at full asking price yesterday at the Sierra College Auto Fair less than an hour after I brought it in. Without the help of the great team at Folsom Glenn this would not have been possible. Thanks so much guys!

1. Someone must have pissed off the guy with the beard checking in cars before it goes through the wash. Because he literally skipped our line 5 cars. Finally a gentleman behind me asks what's going on, he said it's based off of time. Well that's a lie because we were there before at least 3 of those cars. Then once we got out of the car finally. He continued to stall that line another 5 cars. 2. The same beard guy left my window down. I made sure all windows were closed and wipers off just in case I got out of the car. So He rolled my window down and didn't fully roll it up. I thankfully I caught it before soap got in. The other gentleman spraying down the cars was nice and stopped the machines so he can go in and roll up my window. I am thankful he did that, but that shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Needed to get a good car wash and vacuum done. Came on a Saturday morning and they were pretty busy but it didn't take long at all. They have a cute little nozzle for kids to spray the car as it goes by which I thought was a fun touch. I watched 4 different people work on my car to clean it. The car was beautifully cleaned. All of my toddlers mess was cleaned up. They have prices to work with mosts budget. I got the "Wheel Done" deal and paid about $42 dollars. It was worth it in my opinion.

Happy to say I've found my car wash place in Folsom! Came on Sunday morning right at opening and my car was done in 30 minutes. So very impressed with the quality! I got the basic wash and they got all the dog hairs inside which is always my major pain point. I checked in on Yelp and got $2 off, bringing the total to $32.99. Great value for the work done- I'll be back!

I absolutely love Folsom Glenn Car Wash My car comes out brand new every time I’m there. Today my back wind shield wiper was damaged going through the car wash and they noticed it then replaced it for free!! Now that’s what I call “Customer Service”‼️

I took my my car to get cleaned and I was so disappointed! I asked the guy who took my request which package would include them cleaning my interior and he said the $50 car wash would do. So I picked the $50 car wash. The car looked great outside but when I opened the door I was very disappointed to see that the inside wasn't even cleaned. If anything I saw the water marks and lint that they left on my screens. I feel so ripped off. I will never come to this location again. I should've just done it myself. When I was leaving all of the people were just standing around. They literally "finished" my car like in 15 mins.

I came to get a Wash and have my headlights restored and was in a time crunch. I explained this to the gentleman checking me in and he made sure I was in and out within an hour and 15 mins! Great service.

Buyer beware...just went today and prices have increased dramatically! $40 plus for basic car wash. I have sealant on my car so no wax was needed. Difficult to pass on increase since there were 3 cars behind me in line once I was shown the new prices. Went ahead had it done, but will be looking for a new place or do it myself. Just a heads up!
