The managers in this store are rude. Not just to customers but to their employees as well. The manager got loud with an employee with customers in the store and he didn't even have the decency to take the employee to the back. They have no compassion for their employees from what I have witnessed when I have shopped there.

They have a good selection of really comfortable clothing. I wear their sweaters and sweat pants all the time along with other items.

I went to make a return at Hanes/Bali Folsom Outlet mall Sunday at 3:45 the store was locked with a sign, closed for lunch. When I went back I requested a return with the Receipt in hand. Ashley the clerk said she couldn't take the return because the tags weren't there, and she didn't know what I paid for it. I said the price is on receipt and Ashley inferred I was lying about where I bought it even tho the receipt was from her store. Then at this time a male clerk came to the register and said condescendingly, no, we're not returning it. I asked to get another of the same article from the floor and use that tag. He said no they have no stock. He didn't even know what the item was because he hadn't looked it. I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager. I then asked him what can they do for me? Having a receipt and within their return window. He told me to Calm down, I said I was and he said no you're not and called me honey. I asked he not call me honey and then he called me honey again and then "honey bunches of ohs" and called me a Karen and calm down White lady. Ashley was unwilling to give me her name but then shoved her name tags in my face and called me the B word, as I was leaving. Then even as I was out of the store, both Ashley and the male were followed me shouting at me, "that's right, walk away, walk away"They continued to escalate the situation even as I was several feet out of the front door. Ashley even put hands on my adult son who was trying to deescalate the situation since they were following me outside onto the sidewalk.

The sales person was very helpful and pointed us at the right aisles and also showed us which ones had better promotions running. Have a good selection of workout clothes, Tees, socks and underwear for both men and women. The clearance section has steeper discounts but you might not always find what you want there but the other aisles had some kind of discounts running as well. Giving it five ⭐ just for the customer service that we were provided with. The other person seemed to be very friendly as well and was helping one another customer in the store.

Huge selection of workout clothes, women's and men's underwear, socks, tees, etc. They carry much more than Hanes brand. Prices are not that great of a discount for a outlet store.
