This store has one of the worse customer service I have ever witnessed. Everyone there acts they are millionaires hahaha hahaha bunch of bottom feeders making 11 an hour.

very bad service and very bad management, i bought one jacket and after i wear I found defective manufacture on it and i went to store to exchange it and i saw to the manager the defective product with another jacket but she refused the exchange because I don't have receipt, then i left the defective jacket in the store. very big brand around t world and they don't have quality control in the product and bad customer service inside the store.

Great prices. Nice clothing. Rude manager. Followed me around the store. Acted like she was a security guard. I've got no criminal record, and I am genuinely a kind person, but she ruined my day. Why? How do mean people keep their jobs? On the bright side, all of the other employees were friendly, and I love the clothes, Guess is my favorite brand.

Love guess but this stores one employee really needs to be put in check ! I've came in multiple times but today Sunday I was with my African American boyfriend and the only white employee followed us around the whole time. Asked us multiple times if we needed help. The first time okay , the second I notice her staring at me while I'm trying shoes on. Yes I am wearing guess sandals also I BOUGHT THEM month ago! obviously coming back for another pair but can't even look in peace ! Then I'm sitting waiting for my shoes I asked a nice employee to get for me and I'm sitting and my boyfriend is standing and she comes again the third time to ask ! I told my bf okay next time it's a issue. Sure enough I'm looking at shirts at the front and she sneaks behind us and says " are you guys still doing okay" I already knew it was her but I still asked "is it the same bitch who keeps asking us" she proceeded to say "we'll it is my job" ma'am no not to follow us around you are the only one in the store doing this. Not to mention my boyfriend stated last time we were in he notice she was following another African American man around who was looking at jewelry. This is NOT okay ! Hopefully next time she focuses on the mess in the back she could be cleaning up rather than harassing people!

Immediately upon walking in the store today I overheard the supervisor or manager not sure what they were belittling a male coworker in front of customers very loudly and I found it very unprofessional this type of behavior should not be allowed in the work environment.The manager looked like a caucasian lady with brown and blonde hair I assume it was the manager because she proceeded to give the other employees orders. The last thing I want to hear as a customer is the manager or supervisor yelling or talking in such a manner to the staff when it should be a calm peaceful environment when customers walk in.

I Must Compliment GUESS FOR A GREAT IMPROVEMENT. I went to this Outlet about 6 months ago and got into an incident with the Manager. I was upset because I was waiting in line for 10min and it did not move. The young ladies that were working there were doing there best but they had issues with one of the Registers and it wasn't working Right. I ask one of the young ladies if I could speak to a manager, one of the workers there spoke up and ask if she could help me and I simply asked if they could open another register because one of them was not working and there was a third register that was not being used. There were plenty of customers waiting, and she told me if I didn't like it I could leave her store. I then asked if she was the manager and if I could have her name. She told me she was one of the managers and refused to give me her name. I left inferiated and as soon as I got Home I Called the GUESS FACTORY CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND REPORTTED THE UNEXCUSABLE ACTIONS OF THEIR EMPLOYEES.I JUST WENT THERE YESTERDAY AND THAT HORRIBLE MANAGER WAS GONE AND A NICE RED HAIRED LADY HAD TAKING HER PLACE. GREAT IMPROVEMENT. ONLY THING I THINK THEY NEED TO IMPROVE ON NOW IS THERE HAD ALMOST NO MENS SHOES. I LOVE GUESS JEANS AND WANT TO COMPLETE MY OUTFIT. SO IF YOU CAN MAKE MORE MENS SHOES AVAILABLE FOR GUESS JEANS.

I can't believe how bad the customers service have gotten at this outlet store in Folsom CA. This lady with a dye blond hair argued with me on many things today. I read the other reviews and it's probably the same b*tch that gave me a bunch of attitude today. After today, I would rather shop online then. I don't ever want to go back to this rude customer service store. I have spent so much money there for 20+ year and that's TOO bad. I wish they would fire her and hire some nice people there. Guessfactory doesn't need that b*tch there!

The ladies working there were super helpful and smiled a lot. They asked me to come back and shop anytime. Probably because they liked my accent, lol. Fun times and we found exactly what we were looking for.
