I absolutely love these donation centers. They come out to car and take the items for you. It's fairly quick and easy. It definitely helped to clear out space when I was moving.

Super efficient and helpful staff. Dropped off donated clothing and hiking boots. In and out within 5 minutes. Parking lot shared with other businesses.

Location is open. appears to be a little understaffed as there's only one guy working in there. accepting donations. He appears to have quite a backload of stuff to bring in.

I have donated to Goodwill many times and I have never had any issues with their staff. Good folks with good attitudes. I am sure they are going to be swamped from many people getting rid of stuff after having to stay home during the virus and Goodwill being closed. Everyone needs to just be patient and respectful.
