Came here for the first time last year and it turned out to be a great experience. My bf and I drove all the way from Elk Grove because of their great reviews! First time walking in was a bit nerve wracking because I had never done this before and I was unsure about the entire process. I needed to sell some of my gold jewelry due to some hard times, and I was not disappointed. Ardy and Elie are super sweet and kind. Ardy will tell it like it is, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and fair with his prices. They made the entire process easy. My bf also ended up selling his necklace and he was happy with the outcome. Thank you!

I stopped in randomly to find a gift for my wife while I was out of town. I had such a welcome feeling when I was in there shopping, they admitted right off the bat that they don’t keep much in stock and mainly buy from people but I was welcome to look. I instantly found a beautiful piece, and the price was just right! They even took and packaged it up for a great present when I got home. I can’t recommend them enough for whatever you need. I will definitely visit again if I ever come back to Folsom!

(We will let that shop remain nameless)All I had to do was listen the little man in the 600 block of Bidwell, to know, he I irked me!“Little man” was accusatory, had no since of customer service and no humor….a dry, choking, crust of a man!CALL ARDY!!!!He laughed at me, with good spirt! He listened to me and answered what he could.When I called back, his wife laughed as well! Good authentic laughs, they made me laugh!Ardy watched out for me, talked me through the transaction, helped me understand.But he made a mistake!Caught it before I did….and started calling me ASAP!He made things right! His wife is a joy!One complaint! They made me think of food! I think, they need some appetizers!LOLGO SEE ARDY! These are honest, feel good people!I’m going back just to hang out!! I chose Gold Exchange as the place to sell about $1,200 worth of silver coins and silver commemorative sets that I had accumulated over the years based on all the very positive 5-star reviews on Yelp. I was not disappointed. In fact, I had the very same experience I had read about in other people's reviews, namely that Ardy and Elie are honest, trustworthy, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, fair, etc.There are many subtle and easy ways that a business buying various types of silver coins can be dishonest from undervaluing coins of a particular year and mint and grade to the way they measure the amount of silver, etc. (This probably applies to gold as well as silver.) I believe that the methods they use to value their purchases are fair and honest, and that I received a fair price for my coins.Since I had been a small business owner in the past, Ardy and I briefly discussed what it takes to be successful in business. Ardy indicated that his primary objective in every transaction is to make sure that every customer leaves his business satisfied and happy with the value paid or received, and that they have been treated with integrity. It is apparent that Ardy and Elie have been doing that for years.
