Came to this business to see if they sold a particular health drink that I'd been looking for, sign said they were still open but the door was locked. Knocked on the door and the girl behind the door refused to budge or even acknowledge why the business had decided to shut down early. This is not a way a business should be operating especially when so many are shutting down due to poor service or lack of staffing. I would suggest management review this procedure with the staff member in question to determine why they decided to lock up on their own accord. This occurred on Thursday the 24 of August at 1957 hours.

i've tried 3 other GNC's and this one in Folsom was the only store where I could find my favorite protein powder. While i was there, the 2 female employees working were very knowledgeable and helped me picked out a new creatine that was tailored more towards my goals. I find myself to be pretty picky but they had everything i was looking for AND were able to back it up with facts and really helpful nutrition tips. definitely will be coming here instead and worth the drive!

I visited this gnc in Folsom and Justice helped me. I was asking questions about pre workout and energy drinks and she was very knowledgeable on both things. She had great costumer service and I found just what I needed!

Absolutely the best supplement location for almost any needs you have. Joseph welcomed me upon my arrival and helped my friends and I thoroughly. Great attitude, and he could simply explain complex concepts while simultaneously citing clinical studies. 10/10 would come back again.

BEWARE!!! OF THIS FOLSOM STORE! THE OWNER DOES NOT LIKE TO GIVE REFUNDS, even though GNC policy is 100% satisfaction guaranteed.Their protein is GROSS AND CHEAP protein! Very GROSS CLUMPY CHUNKS OF chocolate GOO float across the top of your drink. does not mix well. Cheap protein! BEWARE OF CHEAP PRODUCT! The 69.99 Pro performance 100% whey chocolate supreme sucks! And so does the 99.99 Pure Isolate chocolate frosting protein. I tried returning both products at the Folsom store which took over 30 minutes to perform a refund because the owner of the store (Kevin) did not want to provide a refund. Kevin sat on FaceTime for 30 minutes trying to walk his employees through partial refund tactics and Kevin the owner trying to offer me a GNC gift card a few times instead of my money back. BEWARE OF THIS FOLSOM STORE THE OWNER DOES NOT LIKE TO GIVE REFUNDS, even though GNC policy is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. No one at the Folsom store offered to help me with the buy one get one 50% off pricing nor did they offer any product feedback that this product sucks! -The Messiah

I love GNC Folsom location, very helpful and they always have my favorite products in stock definitely sticking with this location as long as I’m in town, definitely should give the location a visit and get yourself some if you’re favorite products as well.

Very easy to get to not far from the freeway. It's in a kinda tucked away location in a strip mall but has other strong business by it including Jamba Juice and around Table. I called before I went to make sure they had the product. Let's be honest, I've been shopping sups online only for the last 10 years. But when I needed some pre workout and didn't want to wait for delivery I called and the guy was very knowledgeable of what I wanted and offered other choices as well. Prices were same as you can get online so that was a plus too. I got to the store and was greeted w a smile from a new employee and the guy who answered the phone. He was training her and was very patient and a not all up in her face to teach her. The store had everything you need and was easy to find stuff. Especially if you are familiar with the GNC store layouts. I'll def be back in the future.

Not sure what his name was, but the guy who helped me today seemed very knowledgeable about the different supplements and helped guide me to what I was wanting. Great customer service!
