I just want to thank all the crew who worked on my vehicle n Julian as well for his exceptional communication with me in regards to all the costs n covered area n timing. I will definitely continue taking my car to this location. My car was very unsafe before taking it in n when I got it back it felt brand new again! I highly recommend the future nissan of folsom location even if u had to drive a ways....I would choose them based on the quality of work n the customer service.

I would give -10 stars if I could. Tyler Grover was absolutely awful from start to finish. Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Do NOT give them your business.
Especially as a young woman, please save yourself the hassle and tears. They want your money and will prey on you because they think you have NO clue how to navigate car issues.
Take it to Nissan Roseville, it's worth the drive and will save you the hassle of dealing with the people at this establishment.
They will pester you for a service review but only if they know you won't be leaving a complaint. I expressed my distaste at the time of my service and guess what, no survey or follow up call was sent to me. Hmmm wonder why! Because they know it would be bad.
