It was great customer service from sales but finance had a few hiccups I was told that I was getting a free insurance if I add a service package but they ended adding the insurance on the bill. I need to contact customer to find out if I could removed it?

My 2007 Ford escape was in simplistic need of a new break module and the breaks needed to be bled. This isn't the first time that my family and I have been cheated out of money on this car, It does not cost $1000 dollars to replace the break module and bleed the brakes, I called before and was told that the total price was only $250 - $300 and then When I was ready to pay for my vehicle the price jumped from $300 to $1000. Do not trust any Ford dealership with your older fords, they will only rip you off to try and make you buy a newer model ford.

The technician, Thomas French, is absolutely horrible!! I would not trust him with your vehicle. Terrible service. I would rather have literally anyone else working on my vehicle! Ford must be in dire need of technicians, because he should not be working here.

Felt well taken care of here. Making an appointment online made everything so much easier. Jim in the service department was ready for me with all my vehicle information and made the whole process a breeze. Had the car back in my possession the next day (parts had to be ordered) and there was clear communication with me the whole time. The car was in great shape and everything was taken care of when I picked it up. Thanks Jim!

Just bought a brand new 2023 Mustang Mach-E from Mike Whitaker. Mike was great to work with, and helped me get the exact deal I wanted. If you're in the market for a new Ford, go see Mike. This was probably the least painless new car purchase I have had.

Stopped in for parts, Dan was tending the desk. Came in to pick up some parts for the ol super duty, representative was hustlin through customers and taking calls. My parts were deep in the back so I had about a 3 minute wait but he sent me off with a Gatorade for the delays. I'll be returning to this location for all OEM part purchases.

Kevin Garay in internet sales was quick and efficient with responding to my request. I was able to meet with him the same day, and finalized the purchase of my new vehicle with very little back and forth negotiating. He followed through with the entire transaction from beginning to end. Although I went in knowing already which vehicle I was purchasing, Kevin was easy to work with and not trying to get me into any other vehicle or into other products I didn't want or need. Great attitude and friendly personality.I would definitely recommend shopping at Folsom Lake Ford. It was a great experience.

Don't buy a Ford!! I purchased a 2021 F150 lightning 3 months ago. Only received my tags last week. Good job Folsom Lake Ford. Submitted for the clean air tags twice and was rejected by DMV bc the dealer had not yet submitted paperwork. Even better I have had an open IT ticket with Ford for faulty software for 2 months still with no solution. They call me every two weeks to see if the problem is solved but it never is!Can't use the blue oval charging network so I have accounts with every charging network to find somewhere to charge. Why does VW and Tesla not have these issues? Can just plug in and charge, not so with Ford. Total pain. Stay away from Ford!!

Went into Folsom Ford yesterday. Looking for a new car. We were greeted by Brandon, who is very helpful and knowable. Brandon showed us exactly what I was looking for and made the buying process very smooth! We left there very happy and I can't wait to tell all my friends to go see Brandon!

DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION. I came here to fix some recalls on my explorer and ever since then it's been a headache. The SUV was just fine before. Got the recalls and brakes done, told the car looked great otherwise. My battery died about two weeks after, had it jumped and there was corrosion all over one of the ports, was told it had to have been like that for some time with hoe hard it was to get the rubber cover off. I thought that was weird since I just had it all inspected and things looked good right, battery was at 80%? Called ford back and they said it may have been overlooked, bring it in. Took it to AutoZone just to fact check the battery power, 80%. Call it a freak thing, but the next day, dead. There's a clicking under the hood like something trying to turn on. I call ford, they say bring it it, i do and I specifically ask for a parasitic battery drain test. "Oh don't worry, we'll take care of you". Call a few hrs later, just a battery leak. We'll replace it. Fine. ONE WEEK LATER, my keyless panel won't turn off, keeps flashing, I wake up to the interior lights on, car unlocks itself, and now the battery is dead. I'm guessing it's not the battery that I just spent time and money replacing. I have two little kids, it's winter, I can't keep tough back and forth to be told it was "an intermittent problem that wasn't present during testing". That's a lie to cover that no one actually did the test. After a quick google search, it's the keyless panel draining the battery and shorting the electrical. I'm not a mechanic and I trusted ones I thought were. I had to pay to replace a battery that CLEARLY was not the issue. I'm fed up. Don't ever come to this location.

So update on my issues with Folsom Lake Ford. Please no longer do service with them. I really tried to give them a second chance. I also tried reaching out to the manager and never got a call back. I dropped my car off on Monday and was told they would call me with an update about the wiring issue on Wednesday Afternoon. Well it was about an hour before they closed on Wednesday and I still hadn't heard from them so I called them for an update. They still hadn't even looked at my car. Why tf did I drop my car off on Monday if you aren't even going to look at it until Wednesday, now Thursday. So I tell him to call me Thursday with an update. Didn't hear from him on Thursday either. I understand that you have other cars but II'm honestly so frustrated with the way I have been treated by these people. I pay for the extended warranty and I was told it covers a rental car, then I get told I won't get a rental until my car gets diagnosed (which it was supposed to be on WEDNESDAY) it's now Friday and I still haven't even gotten an update on my car. Like I am a 22 year old living on her own. I don't just have spare vehicles to be driving around? I've been without a car for a f-ing week now and they still haven't even LOOKED AT IT! I'm so done with this company.

Brought my truck in for mandantory recall (computer module reset). Before the work, no issues with my truck.. 2 different techs got in and turned the key (1 to get milage, 1 to take it to the back). When done, I got in switched the key on and a loud clicking came from under the dash. Immediately brought it to the attention of the techs and service manager.. it would do it everytime.. clearly something new. After agreeing it was a solenoid under the dash and also to bring it back (all the way from Apple Hill) the next week (yesterday 11/30/22, the service manager decided it was not related to the recall and wanted me to pay for any replacement. He said, "we didn't work on that part". I pointed out they did work on the main computer, that my clock on the radio reset (something they had not worked on) so clearly the recall was the cause. They refuse to repair the problem they made. Now I will proceed with litigation to make Folsom Lake Ford stand behind their work. Couldn't be more disgusted by the lack of professionalism.
