Staff is very rude and hate children. I have many run ins. I asked to pay for ping pong and was told no cause my child that's autistic was too small to go in the area. He just likes to throw the balls. All issues have been with my African American children. My white boys have not been spoken down to. I love this place but the two older ladies are terribly mean and seem to hate kids. I have spoken to many people and have had the same issues. I've tried calling to talk to upper staff and they won't return calls.

My kids just did a winter basketball camp here. Apparently there is no heating system in the facility so it was freezing and uncomfortable, especially for my daughter. Very bizarre.
