Not only are the employee' kind and incredibly helpful, but they are extremely knowledgeable as well. I haven't met too many people (within the medical field) who are so well rounded. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone needing a compounding pharmacy!

I am a mail order customer and have never actually been inside the store, but am delighted with their service and helpfulness. My Rx from them is much better than the product my doctor originally prescribed and far less expensive.

Never been treated so rudely. I wear a mask and follow all rules - but they absolutely treat you like you are a leper. They use the pandemic to hide behind their locked door so they don't have to interact with customers. I have been to other pharmacies during the pandemic and they manage to keep us safe, follow CDC guidelines while still treating you like a human being.

I switched to this pharmacy for my compounded medication after my old pharmacy shut down. So far they have been extremely quick about my refills. My old pharmacy always struggled to get my medication on time no matter how soon I tried to refill it to give them plenty of time. It has not been an issue at all since I switched. I have been very pleasantly surprised by how quick and easy the refill process is. Employees are usually very friendly as well.

I've been getting my compound prescriptions among other things filled at this pharmacy for the past 10 years and absolutely love them! Moses is an amazing pharmacist/owner and his staff are very well versed in professionalism, education and safety protocol (due to Corona Virus). They have excellent customer service and go the extra mile to give honest, reputable advise or suggestions. Not once was I told or sold CBD oil. Moses and his staff have high integrity and credibility! I highly recommend this pharmacy and would not go anywhere else for my compounding needs. Keep up the good work!

The staff are very nice and prompt but they mislabeled my latest prescriptions, switching the labels on two medications. Make sure you double check especially if the prescriptions are similar.

The staff is exceptionally polite and accommodating at this pharmacy. They always call to remind me when the prescription is ready to pick up and they are very knowledgable. When my doctor made a mistake with my prescription they went above and beyond to ensure that I received the right medication. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

I have used Folsom Medical Pharmacy for almost 4 years. Moses, the pharmacist, is incredibly smart, and always willing to explain and discuss compounding options to best suit your needs. The staff is exceptional and always has my script ready in a timely manor. I have several close options for compounding pharmacies, but I prefer this one!

I live out of the area and still use Folsom Pharmacy because their compounding is excellent and their customer service is outstanding!
