I purchased a GR Corolla and Zack and Carl both made the process extremely easy. Zack was very professional and pleasant to work with. All of my questions were answered and he even helped by removing the roof rack on my trade-in. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from here!

Found a Toyota that suited me. I like Toyotas because they tend to last, if they are maintained. The dealership had taken care of all the maintenance the computer was calling for, but did not do the transmission flush, which is past due. It is not terribly past due yet and I'll get it done, but if you don't know how to tell, it could lead to replacing the transmission.The price negotiation was dirty. The salesman told me he (his boss) was agreeing to a price, then he brought me a piece of paper with different numbers on it and tried to say it was what we just talked about. We went back and forth several times with these pieces of paper before he finally brought me something that strongly resembled our verbal agreement.I grew up and went through college working summers in my father's CPA Accounting office. I know how a column of numbers is supposed to be put together and when it does not add up.Meanwhile, everyone was very pleasant. They offered bottled water and fancy coffee. The restroom was clean and there were nice waiting areas. They even leave a water bowl out in case you need to bring your dog with you and he gets thirsty.

We are first time car buyers here and needed to get a car after our car was rear ended. Zack helped us filter through the cars we like and ball park what we were looking at from a monthly payment perspective. Dylan spoke to us in a brotherly way and went above and beyond our expectations. There was a delay in making/delivery of the car I wish was communicated to us earlier (we needed to make plans with our rental car company) but understand that there many moving parts at play. Y’all put us at ease and helped us make lemonade from lemons, thank you!

I've been to this dealership three times and every interaction was always great. The salesmen were very knowledgeable and actually helped me find a great alternative to the car I was looking for. Shout out to Thomas for helping me!! The car market is horrible right now but their prices on cars were pretty reasonable and they really try to help you out. Everything I looked at and test drove on their lot was in good condition and mechanically sound, even the non certified vehicles with super high mileage. Ended up finding a car pretty dang quickly with their help and I am more than happy with it!!

I was looking for a 4Runner in a specific color and the 1st sales person, Stephen, was very helpful and I think was right on...after a few days, he found me my car...HOWEVER, he had to pass me on to another sales guy, Mitchell, because he wasn't working this particular day...I was told the car was going to be set aside for my daughter...started working on the application process and getting them a $500 deposit to hold the car...Then the next text I get get was it was sold...terrible!!! Can't believe Mitchell and the manager wouldn't say anything like it was already taken, we were doing the paperwork for goodness sake...typical car salesman...do yourself a favor and go to a different dealership!!!

This business is a shame. If you can go to any other Toyota please do so. If you meet with the finance manager Mo Shaiful Eshlam you will find him to be rude, demoralizing, egotistical, and have extremely disrespectful customer service. This is a red alert, a red flag. He rushes thru the buying process, and slams on the keyboard when doing so. Beware.

My partner and I had a great experience! Sean was amazing and so easy to work with. Didn’t pressure us at all, was very straight forward. We traded in our Toyota Tacoma for something more fuel efficient. When the time comes, we’ll be back to purchase from them again!

Went to the dealership for a recall and was very impressed with the staff. David MacAlexander is a fantastic service rep. Professional, punctual, and informative. He provided me great guidance throughout my car's service, went the extra mile to help with my concerns, and was always available. I have been wary of going to dealerships, but David is changed my mind and is now the prime example of excellence. 10/10

Had a fantastic buying experience with Ken. I usually dread going to a car dealership because I know you get sucked ;-)But Ken wasn't pushy at all. He did whatever he has to do as a salesman but still wasn't pushy at all. He gave his dollar price and didn't haggle when we said we would come back.We did go back the next day and picked the Camry we had liked.

I deliberated quite a bit before posting this but after having another disappointing conversation on the phone with FLT finance asking them for a simple PDF of my purchase contract and them telling me I have to come in, I'm writing this.Synopsis:1. Trade-In Transparency Issues: I had a 21 prius prime with only ~8950 miles on it I had ironically bought from FLT in 2021. I wanted to see a trade- in value so I submitted a request online. Their trade in guy called me and asked me to bring it in and I asked only if there was a 23 prius prime I could look at. He said there was one and put me in touch with someone from sales. I came in the next day with my trade-in and they gave me a valuation of 26k and told me it was above KBB. I had asked for 27k but since I took their word for it about KBB I agreed on the trade-in. Drove back with my new 23 prius prime home at the MSRP and OTD of 44k~.I curiously looked up my trade in value for my 21 prius prime xle with only ~8950 miles and in great condition (aside needing a car wash it was in EXCELLENT shape), should have gotten me over 28k on KBB. I called multiple times to be given the run around until finally the boss got involved...I asked this guy why I only got 26k and dude had the audacity to say that I actually drove it for free for 2 years since I bought it at a good price 2 years ago. I told him yeah but prices have gone up for everything. He had then listed it for over 33k on the FLT website. Not too many dealerships get to sell a car then buy it back for essentially the same price with 8950 miles added onto it then get to sell it for 33k+. Whatever you think of the archetype car dealership manager, this guy was it. Blame you for watching out for yourself as a consumer. Typical narcissist stuff. Can tell by how the employees seem to have a fear of him, but judging by these reviews, it seems like some of the guys are not far off. My salesguy was a sweetheart, however.The manager never answered my question about why I got a trade in value that was inaccurate and how I was misled instead turning it back on me blaming me for daring to ask such a question. Corporate needs to start investigating FLT. Leadership is everything and FLT managers seem to be a group of sharks that you'd find out of a TV sitcom. San Jose has a contender for a new hockey team to take its place.2. Car Issues--Recall Status: My prius prime has a mysterious 12v battery draw which seems to.be the case with some 23 prius primes per reddit. My few calls to service there were unhelpful. One lady was pretty respectful but the overall attitude with all things FLT, is dismissive. In this car market, salesmen think they are pooping out gold. That time will soon come to an end. For 44k out the door, my new car shouldn't be dying out on me randomly with a flickering dash.3. Financual Transparency and Dismissiveness: I called today and a dude who had a salesman tone (wasn't the finance guy I worked with the previous two times) told me that I needed to come in for my purchase contract. Thanks my guy! Funny I can do everything online when actually buying the car but now I have to come in to actually get the proof I did that?Conclusion:Do not go to FLT. You may find an occassional few gems working here, but the issue is systemic at the leadership level. The type of leadership that laughs about selling cars at ridiculous markups with each other. Judgment Day will be interesting for the extortionists and narcissists. If you end up going, watch out for the typical predatory sales tactics, markups, and insincerity from many there, especially managers. It's the prevalent culture there. EG Toyota may be a better bet since they have a no markup policy. But Mr. Sales Manager at FLT may very well blame you and gaslight you should you dare to even negotiate. This post may sound a bit disgruntled but my review alone doesn't give them their 3.0 and decreasing rating here.I'm all about second chances and allowing a business to reflect and rectify its issues, so if customer service wants to give me a ca

John Lee was a great sales agent. he walked us through the start to finish process. The financial guy Alex was great too. they got us in and out within 2 hours with our brand new Van. we are expecting a third kid so we needed the extra space. Very happy with our purchase and how easy and quick everything was.

We have recently bought our dream car with Toyota Folsom. Our sales manager was Adam. I would like to give appreciation to him for an amazing job he did, for an excellent customer service, and for his patience answering all the questions we had. We have received our car in 2 weeks. Thank you Folsom Toyota for doing everything fast and on top. We definitely recommend this place to buy a car!

The staff at FLT are friendly and helpful. I got a very fair deal. Before I drove away Skyler went over the features of my new vehicle and helped me with setting up all the electronic links and apps. It was a very positive experience and not too long.
