We all know buying a car is EXTREMELY stressful. My husband and I were totally ignorant of the process. We came here expecting to be turned away or talked into a car we did not want. Instead we were met by Lain and had the absolute best experience. He worked with us for HOURS to find a car that fit our needs and our budget. The entire time we felt like the decision to purchase was up to us; we never felt pushed into anything. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered our questions with ease. We closed the deal with Lain and Carl and I personally walked away with happy tears. I would AND WILL recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase a new car. My husband and I are forever thankful for the team at Folsom Lake Toyota.

I had a great experience with Aimal as my sales guy. If you’re anything like me, you usually dread dealing with car dealerships. Nothing about my experience was unpleasant and I never felt pressured throughout the process. It was a breath of fresh air. Aimal was very punctual and a straight shooter. He told me what he could do for me right away. I was shocked at the deal he was offering. It was way below what other Toyota dealerships were offering me. He was willing to work with my busy schedule and streamlined the process by having me start paperwork via email and the online portal. When the day came to buy the car, I was in and out. Since the sale, he’s been available to answer all my questions and assist me. Overall, I’m very pleased and I would highly recommend Folsom Toyota. It’s the best Toyota dealership in the area.

Gerald Remeiro helped me find and purchase a Toyota Camry that was right for me. It was my first time ever purchasing a vehicle and he made the experience as easy as possible for me. Go see Sean Taylor please. Firstly, he has the name and secondly, he was an extremely pleasant guy to work with. He wasn’t in our faces, trying to get us to purchase a 2025 fully loaded spaceship, but instead, he was a pleasant guy to talk too.
We bought our car from him under our rules. He didn’t pressure us nor did he force us to look at cars we didn’t want. I truly believe every dealership should have that one salesperson that has a laid-back attitude.
If you don’t like to be haggled or forced to buy a submarine, go see Sean.

Was efficient and friendly service W/ Mr. St.Pierre and did not take too much of my day. He did sell me a set of tires that I wasn’t prepared to have to deal with so soon. I just need to check w/Costco to see if his price definitely beats theirs! Ouch $900 + $$$$’s all together!

The good:
- Car checked in within 7 minutes after arriving on time for appointment.
- Quiet waiting spaces to get work done.
The bad:
- Was told 2 hours for service and then I would receive a text. I went to check with advisor 2 hours and 15 minutes in and apparently it had been done for a while. They didn’t notify me.

Had a great experience at Folsom Lake Toyota. Rick Helwick was fantastic to work with and helped us every step of the way throughout our shopping, test drives, purchase and made himself available even after we got our new Sienna home. Would buy here again.

Had a great experience with Danny Cross in service! He was easy to work with , knowledgable, and respectful of my time. I was in and out when dropping off my Sequoia and picking up from service. Highly recommend Danny and will have him take care of my family and friends.
