I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Toyota Care Center. I’ve been a loyal Toyota customer for years, but that trust has been completely shattered.
Six months ago, during a routine service visit, I was informed by the service advisor that Toyota Care no longer covered my services, and I would be facing costs up to $200 per service moving forward. The advisor recommended a "special offer" where I could pre-purchase 4 services for $449, claiming it would save me a significant amount. Trusting his advice, I agreed to the offer.
However, what was conveniently left out was that two of those four services involve nothing more than checking tire pressure and topping off fluids. Essentially, I was charged $220 for services that only cost $99 with the monthly coupons Toyota sends me regularly. This means I was scammed out of $249 for unnecessary and overpriced services.
I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. This experience has cost Toyota a loyal customer, and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I advise others to be very cautious and thoroughly question any "offers" made by this service center.

I truly appreciate the staff at Folsom Toyota and the kindness and respect they have shown in my few visits. Dealing with a predicament that Maita caused and failed to accept any responsibility or make accommodations, the representatives and staff welcomed me and made me feel accommodated. I spoke with the manager Austin who invited me to come on short notice. Hue was my advisor on a few occasions and helped me out and understood the circumstances I was dealing with. Again, thank you Folsom Toyota team. I hope that I will always be welcomed and treated the way they have in my previous visits and conversations.

Absolutely the worst service center I have ever experienced. I had my car serviced today with an appointment. The told the advisor (John), I would wait for my car. He forgot he was advisor and never called me to notify me my car was completed. Luckily the janitor asked him ..when he finally realized he completely forgot. My car was done at 519pm and I left the service center close to 630pm.
The only 2 employees I have had great customers service experience from are Paul and the janitor.
To many aweful experience at this service center. I will driver further away to service my car if it means avoided this aweful place.

I recently brought my Toyota Corolla in for service, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! Peter Palasti was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. He provided a thorough inspection and took the time to explain the necessary maintenance without being pushy. The service was completed in a timely manner, and I appreciated the updates throughout the process. My Corolla is running smoother than ever, and I feel confident knowing it’s in great shape. I had an outstanding experience at Folsom Lake Toyota in Folsom, CA, thanks to Tran Ellison, the amazing Service Manager! I brought my car in for an airbag recall, and Tran handled all the paperwork in record time and even arranged a Lyft ride for me to get home.
Later that afternoon, Tran called to inform me that my car would need to stay in the shop for a few days as they had to order some parts. She was incredibly kind and set me up with a brand-new Toyota bZ4X rental, and I am absolutely in love with this SUV! The drive is so smooth and silent, and it’s packed with high-tech features. The FM radio and GPS are fantastic! Wow, life really starts after you get an electric car!
I’m seriously considering buying this SUV soon. A huge thank you to Tran Ellison and the entire team at Folsom Lake Toyota for the exceptional service and for introducing me to the wonderful bZ4X. Highly recommend!

I come here several times, they did the good quality services and every staff was great. Especially, Anh Vo is a good advisor who I usually make appointment with when I come to do vehicle maintenance.

I brought one of our family vehicles in for service on 07/24/24. Our service advisor Anh Vo did a great job getting it completed on time and advised us on a couple maintenance items we were not aware of. I have worked with Anh for a few years now and know he is an honest and experienced professional.
