After our experience with them I would never take my Toyota anywhere else. They worked with our insurance and made the process very easy and were very transparent and communicative throughout the entire repair process and ensured our satisfaction with the repair. They are pretty backed up and there is good reason for that, but I will say it's worth the wait. The repair quality and using OEM parts is worth the wait!

The owner said he would contact me, but it's been 3 weeks and no call.I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment regarding the recent service I received at your collision center.Approximately three weeks ago, I brought my car to your establishment for repair work. However, upon picking up my vehicle, I was shocked to discover an unexpected 8" crack in my front windshield. This crack was not present when I initially dropped off my car. It is important to note that I had a minor chip in the windshield, which had been professionally filled three months ago. There was no indication of any further damage until I retrieved my car.To address this matter, I had a conversation with one of your managers, who, regrettably, refused to take any responsibility or offer a satisfactory solution. As a customer, it is reasonable to expect that my vehicle would be returned to me in the same condition as when I first brought it in for repair, apart from the specific issue being addressed.I write this review in the hope that you will rectify this situation promptly. It is disheartening to experience such lack of accountability.

They were able to get the door replaced on one of my company’s work trucks after it went off the road in the snow. Ilias was very communicative and kept me posted about the progress of work throughout the repair and replacement, and the new door and window look better than the ones that had been damaged did.

After waiting for 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time with no other customers in the collision center. Lance comes out and does my inspection and asks for my email address. He informs me the insurance company will receive the estimate in 24 hours and he will also email it to me. Seven days later neither us have received the estimate. When it was finally received after a call to the manager. The estimate is full of errors to the point of me being called by the repair shop to ask me questions to help them better understand since they received the estimate before the truck.

Jimmy Glass was a huge help to me after I got into a car accident and needed my vehicle assessed. He was so knowledgeable about there insurance process, kept me informed every step of the process, and was even able to expedite some of the assessments for me. I felt like FLT was on my side and looking out for me. I’ll definitely be purchasing another car from them.

It has been over 7 days and I am yet to receive my estimates for car repair when I was told it will be in your in box ( email) by the end of the day. I’ve left several messages finally an email acknowledgment was received where they promised estimate will be emailed within two days it has been more than 2 days no estimate.

Got an estimate for a repair and was told by the agent that they would "take it from here" after getting all my information from me and my insurance, and its been almost ten days with no response back. They were super nice in the shop, but unfortunately couldn't seem to keep that up.

I don't think I would come back. The people were very easy to work with and very accommodating. The problem was the quality of the work.The paint matched almost perfectly and upon initial inspection, looked good.However, when I got closer, there were several spots where it looked like dust had settled onto the wet paint.I didn't feel like I wanted to complain about it because I really didn't want to wait another month. I need my car.But if I didn't need it so soon, I'd have them repaint it. It's just unacceptable. I've been to other shops. I've never received my car back with dried dust particles.
