Where to begin! This experience was awful. I only went to Folsom due to them having sooner availability. Big mistake! So they are in the process of construction! So my tire ended up with a hole (as well as my dads car.) they took no ownership or accountability. What’s even worse is they didn’t tell me about it! So I left the lot with 7 psi. Which ruined my tire. And you know what they said to me? “Well we did put it on your paperwork” super uncool.The customer service was just abhorrent. They didn’t offer to help me until I said I would just be complaining at this point. Just don’t go here.Edit: I would like to add they did end up offering to pay for the new tire I had to pay for. But it took 3 calls.

I just recently bought a car from the Folsom Lake Hyundai dealership and it was a truly wonderful experience. This was my first time buying a car on my own and I was weary of being taken advantage of or not understanding the process. My sales person, Nell, made me extremely comfortable and excited for this experience. Nell made sure I understood what was going on and was very personable. He made a connection with me and seemed to care about me as a person not just a customer, which made the experience that much better. Oz as well as Mr. Jam in the finance department also made sure to make me feel very comfortable and made sure I got all the knowledge/information I needed. Everyone was overall very patient with me and made the experience very personal and calming. I have heard many horror stories of car dealerships or first time car buyers and I was so pleased and appreciative that this was my experience even while they are going through renovations! Thank you to everyone at this dealership! Oh... and the car, I absolutely love it and they made sure it was cleaned thoroughly and put a full tank of gas in it. They worked with my concerns and desires and I ended up with my dream car which I love very much!

I would like to give 0 star if I could. The sales representative did a great job in introducing the vehicle during the test drive However, when it comes to the bargaining table, we got super bad attitude from the financing manager. Intimidating, condescending, rude, and mean are the words I could think of. We were constantly being questioned and pressured. WE ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS, but NOT CRIMINIALS WHO ARE HERE TO BE INTERROGATED!I know generally car salesman and dealerships are somewhat untrustworthy. I got it. It is a business transaction, but definitely this and the Roseville location (which is under the same owner/group) are the WORST car dealerships I have even been to!!!If you really like Hyundai's car, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.AVOID ALL 3 Sacramento locations AT ALL COST!

Mark is amazing! He is patient, knowledgeable, and extremely considerate to the reality of affording the car’s maintenance; but also careful not to sacrifice the integrity of the car either. I had a lot of things going wrong with the car and it felt like it would never work the same again. That is until Mark came up with a master plan, that also matched every one of my stipulations, priced me out, and then verified every new service with price that came up before performing the actual services. The only surprise I had was how affordable my services were going to be and the really great customer care that was provided to me by Mark. Mark had the car back to me the day I rolled it in and the car is still driving like I first got it! Thank you Mark, for saving my day, week, months, years to come! Knowing that the car is back to itself again and also fixed way under budget just made me whole again! That kind of piece of mind will give me years back to my life! Thank you! Why doesn't this "Brianna" business owner respond to all the negative reviews All you see are these auto generated responses from her That explains why Folsom Lake Hyundai is a the worst place you can take your vehicle for service!! All they care about is $$$ Do not give them your $$$ GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! In response to Brianna Pedro Espinoza is the problem!!! He is a coward read other reviews!!! Incompetent!!!

Last time your etablishment had my car they told me it wasn't covered and if i didnt pick it up that day then they would remove my car from your lot and i asked where they would take it and responded stating they would dump it. This situtation has been going on since March of 2023 so please do not act like you are going to help for the sake of face on yelp. We both know i'll call and you will do nothing. Now i have to default on my beautiful car because Hyundai is a corrupt company. And with all do respect you have no clue how this feels.

My service rep Mark was extremely nice and very helpful. I ask him how long would it take for the service of my Hyundai and he said about two hours and it was less than two hours. Plus he has great customer service skills. Plus he didn’t try and sell me anything but service my car so that being said I’m gonna have some things done and will be asking for him for assistance. Thank you Mark for your professionalism.

I had the best and easiest experience here at Folsom lake Hyundai. Rufino helped me out! He’s the best! He was very nice, patient and reassuring. I’m so happy with my new sonata! I definitely recommend buying your car with Rufino if you come here !

I drove approximately 18 miles to Hyundai dealership in Folsom, CA. I was greatly satisfied with Service Advisor Chase Davis reception and throughout the completion of the service of my 2023 Hyundai Palisade. It was a long drive but it was well worth the trip!Manuel RamirezI think they washed the SUV HYUNDAI PALISADE. Maybe forgot the clean the side mirrors but after all they done I guess I can handle the mirrors, ha , ha

Franky was the perfect host. I was in between two cars and Franky was more than happy to assist with all of my questions, concerns. First rate buying experience. Lance in sales did a terrific job explaining our options and answering questions. His supervisor made it easy and comfortable as we reached an agreement. Finance was quick and efficient. Third family purchase at dealership. A Five Star experience.

it was terrible. I bought a car that was under a factory warranty with 31,000 miles on it. It immediately broke down - stopped accelerating and the check engine light came on, I couldn't even make it home, it's only 6 miles straight on the Folsom blvd. I returned it back half an hour after signing the contract. The sellers promised me that the next day a taxi would pick me up from my house and they would provide me with a loaner car. but it was nothing. I went to the service and they told me that I have to pay for the repair. They refused to return or exchange the car for another. They put it in for repairs, which will take at least two weeks, maybe more. Top seller Philip refused to give any documents stating that the repair would be at the expense of the dealer, they refused to give a guarantee that my car would work. As a result, I was left with a loan and without a car !!!!! This is my worst experience with a dealer. Also, when signing the contract, the employees wanted to sell me a warranty for $3,500. This warranty comes free from the manufacturer and is for 10 years or 100k miles. You have to be very careful when signing documents with them. They made a lot of typos in my personal data, didn’t let me read the contract in full, put a percentage higher than I was approved by the bank. And added more paperwork to contract

Bought a brand new 2023 Honda Sonata Hybrid Limited this weekend and had a great experience. From the sales rep, Nicolas, to the sales manager, Andrew, to Ivan making the paperwork painless, and even the general manager Drew, which was the first person I dealt with, and who got the ball rolling and made me feel confident in what we were doing. He even follow back up with a phone call the next day. It was a painless experience! Everyone we dealt with was beyond nice and considerate without ever making us feel like we were pressured to do anything we weren’t comfortable doing. Everyone was very helpful, especially Nicolas who has gone above and beyond. From following up, to sending me helpful videos, to making sure I received all my paperwork and if I needed any help figuring anything out on my new car.On all accounts, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying a car. By far!Thank you to everyone who helped us and we hope to bring you all more business sometime in the future.

Coercing customers to leave good reviews by bribing them with add-ons, only to get treated rudely by Andrew the Assistant Sales Manager. He's dishonest and childish to say the least. There are plenty of other good Hyundai dealerships to purchase from- don't waste your time being made to feel like you're bothering them to get what you pay for...a CLEAN car right off of the showroom floor. Brand new and it's dirty?! Ridiculous. Shame on you Andrew. Treat your customers better.

Horrible Customer Service from the Manager and Employee of the Service Dept. Called yesterday because I needed to get an anti theft device for my Accent due to a letter Hyundai sent me. The parts Dept said they had in stock but to go thru Service Dept, did NOT tell me over the phone I needed an appt. Letter ONLY stated that I need to make sure they have the device in which I did!!! Drove all the way down to Folsom Lake Hyundai this morning only to be told I needed an appt . Was frustrated and another gentleman who said he was the Manager read the letter and said it states in the Letter I do need one, I said NO it didn't and left!! Very condescending and disrespectful to say the least!! Do NOT recommend this dealership at all! At Roseville Hyundai now with no problem
