It was great customer service from sales but finance had a few hiccups I was told that I was getting a free insurance if I add a service package but they ended adding the insurance on the bill. I need to contact customer to find out if I could removed it?

My 2007 Ford escape was in simplistic need of a new break module and the breaks needed to be bled. This isn't the first time that my family and I have been cheated out of money on this car, It does not cost $1000 dollars to replace the break module and bleed the brakes, I called before and was told that the total price was only $250 - $300 and then When I was ready to pay for my vehicle the price jumped from $300 to $1000. Do not trust any Ford dealership with your older fords, they will only rip you off to try and make you buy a newer model ford.

The technician, Thomas French, is absolutely horrible!! I would not trust him with your vehicle. Terrible service. I would rather have literally anyone else working on my vehicle! Ford must be in dire need of technicians, because he should not be working here.

Felt well taken care of here. Making an appointment online made everything so much easier. Jim in the service department was ready for me with all my vehicle information and made the whole process a breeze. Had the car back in my possession the next day (parts had to be ordered) and there was clear communication with me the whole time. The car was in great shape and everything was taken care of when I picked it up. Thanks Jim!

Stopped in for parts, Dan was tending the desk. Came in to pick up some parts for the ol super duty, representative was hustlin through customers and taking calls. My parts were deep in the back so I had about a 3 minute wait but he sent me off with a Gatorade for the delays. I'll be returning to this location for all OEM part purchases.

Joe Ramirez was great to deal with ! We were fortunate to have he and Finance Manager , Paul hold the Badlands Bronco all day til we arrived. The pricing was exactly what they said it would be over the phone. We love our Bronco . Go tell Joe we recommend him Trish & Paul Elliott

I bought a used 2019 Raptor in the beginning of May, and unfortunately in the beginning of June I heard the dreaded cam phaser rattle. Soonest you could get me in was a couple weeks, so over the next couple weeks I did some research and was HORRIFIED at what most people were posting. I almost didn’t drop the truck off, but I’m glad I did. I dropped it off the evening before for a cold start, Jim called me by 0730 the next morning to let me know he had it and was going to cold start it with the tech later on. Later that morning I heard from Jim that he and the shop foreman had verified the cam phaser rattle, and offered to fix it by the end of the week. I was VERY skeptical about this, as I had read of parts shortages and trucks sitting in parking lots torn apart for weeks. Jim assured me that it would not be taken apart without verifying parts availability first. I trusted Jim with the truck I had just purchased, and he was very helpful, confident and reassuring about the process. He called me Friday afternoon to let me know it was done and covered by emissions warranty. I guess CA emissions is good for something! This was my first experience with Folsom Lake Ford and I am confident in my choice for service for my vehicle. I will continue to recommend others as well.Service: Engine repair

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this dealership. Based on my experience with trying to get service I would not buy a Ford.Had vehicle in for recall work. While there, we pointed out a problem that needed to be addressed under the warranty.The service advisor ordered the part and said to drop by in a week and they'd install it, no appointment necessary- what he Didn't Tell Us then was that the vehicle would need to be left ALL DAY! So when we called later in the week we were told we'd be without the car for the day. Wow, that's pretty important information to leave out.The SA said they couldn't make any appointments for that day - it would be several weeks out.So, here we sit at home, having cancelled other plans for the day, waiting for a call back from the manager to find out how to proceed since being without a car for a full day is a little inconvenient.But at least we're not sitting in a dealership for a full day.And this is all to address a problem that came from the factory, not due to normal wear.
