Nothing but good to say. Had a full detail w/clay bar done on my Chevelle. Car looks amazing.
The had a touch up wash and oil change done. Was charged the wrong amount and the guys refunded me without me even noticing. Great ethics. Only place my car goes period!

Must have been need “mechanic” as hecwas very slow, unsure of what to do and left oily finger prints everywhere. He did not use a clean rag to wipe hands or grab car door, hood, etc. Black cars detailed by Folsom Glen like mine show finger prints. He needs to use common sense. Take initiative and act like the client’s car is his own!

Came in for an oil change with a perfectly working windshield wiper fluid tank and came out with one that was broken and leaking and setting off the dashboard alert for low fluid. Went back to tell them about it and they just shrugged me off. I’ve been taking both cars there for years and it’s probably time for a change.

Been here three time and out of those three visiting, two ended in frustration. Note, my power lift gate is malfunctioning and it will lift the liftgate but needs coaching with your hand. I explained this to the front intake employee, they assure me they will let them know. Then the car come out of the wash and I immediately go up to the guy driving my car to explain and he just ignore me and walks away. So, I open it in an attempt to help them dealing with my power liftgate. I watch another employee walking over to service my car, so I walk over to tell him the same information. I am greeting with a blank stare and no response; all I get is a head nod. Then I watch as 3 workers are now getting frustrated with my tailgate after trying to tell 3 people about this. I see a young white kid and assume it’s a language barrier thing, so I ask him if he speaks English to ensure he understands me. I explain to him the situation with the tailgate and Him with another worker are able to open and close it without issues. Since I made a question about if the kid speaks English, I can tell they ended my wash early due to the rotate of the cars and cars come in and out around the same time my car went through. They pulled it out of the line early and parked it by detail. In addition, they left the interior halfway cleaned up with dust and fur around the dash. I will not come back to this location, I already let management know, there are better options out there that do a better job with communication. I do not like being treated this way when all I way trying to do was make thing easier for the employees but get treated like last nights left overs.

Prices are a bit high for the car washes and cleaning rendered but still one of the better car washes in the Sac valley.
