Im not sure how to feel . I live in Oroville but everytime I need a service I travel to Folsom because I loved there customer service and how thorough they are but that changed yesterday! Chynah wasnt there sadly so I didnt get the same welcoming hello from the Gentlemen I was transferred to. I asked for an oil change but they didnt reset the info to my truck or phone so it looks like I never received one. Asked for a car wash and everything got cleaned but the front windows ! I mean it seems like small things but this is my hard earned money ! Im paying for the cost plus traveling to get there I do expect for things to run the way they should !!!! If this keeps up I’ll just find a different Chevrolet !! A place im valued as a customer!!!

Devan was great and kept me updated about the progress of the work (two recall campaigns) being done on my truck. She even asked if I wanted the truck washed after the work was done.
