I was looking to trade in my Crosstrek for something bigger as my family is growing and I needed something bigger to tow my boat. I initially thought I requested for a 2020 GMC Yukon Denali (which I fell in love just looking at the photos) but AJ showed me the vehicle he saw I requested in the system (GMC Yukon AT4) and I immediately fell in love with this car.. way more than the one I saw online. The screens and everything about the car felt so luxurious, classy, fancy, and spacious! AJ patiently assisted us and provided excelled customer service. I loved the fact that I was his 2nd purchase. Definitely deserves a raise! Loved that when we were waiting to get approved, he stayed with my husband and me and talked with us! Not a lot of peeps at the dealers do that to us, so seriously seriously appreciate his kindness. Jay communicated well with us and assisted us on getting what worked for my family and me. Love that he advocated for what we wanted. Also Charles man. Such a funny guy and made the signing process absolutely enjoyable. My husband and I are still young and learning as we go, but Charles helped us get a GREAT, AFFORDABLE extended warranty for us. Loved his humor and humbleness. So shout out to AJ, Jay, and Charles for helping my husband and I achieved our goal on getting a new car for my little one at home and to tow the boat. Appreciate you all at Folsom Buick GMC.
PS they really do got the best popcorn in Folsom.

I recently purchased a 2021 Chevy Silverado from Folsom Buick GMC and had a wonderful experience. I found my truck online on Autotrader by chance, but I am located in San Diego, CA. I called the dealership and asked if they did online purchase options and the salesman, Marty, was more than helpful and said that they do. I was worried because I have never purchased a vehicle online before and had one shipped, but the team here made it extrememly easy and accommodating. The entire team was extremely communicative, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have had a better experience, and especially while finding my dream vehicle at that. I appreciated that they advertise on many platforms, have great financing, and just made the process so easy. I really appreciate Marty and Michael Kelly from finance, but especially the whole team for making the purchase very easy, a great price, and easy shipping. Thank you!
