I was asked what's in my package and how I packed my package. Asking what's in my package is against policy. Please train staff on this. They direct me to the machine for QR codes instead of just printing it out for me even when my item won't fit in the drop off box. Put a sign where to put items that don't fit in the box would be nice. Might as well just have all machines in the store.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by very friendly Vijay ?he made which was initially, a very frustrating online purchase return a very pleasant experience. He found the right size size package for me and without me even asking chose the one to keep the cost down. I was very impressed with his friendliness and excellent customer service. If I have to use FedEx again I am definitely coming back to this location!

VIJAY IS THE BEST!!! I went in super stressed about an imminent move. Vijay was kind from the jump, offering to help me figure things out and pack correctly. He made sure I was taken care of, and the man deserves a raise!

The most useless FedEx office in the United States. Everything I can do at my office FedEx machine they have some issue with doing in person. May as well close the store and put a machine there.

I was able to swiftly help myself at the returns station by the door! I just scanned the QR code on my phone. The label was printed. I stuck it to my package, dropped it in the bin and left. On with my day!

FedEx Folsom was wonderful in solving my recent shipping dilemma. In particular, Pedro, who was the absolute best customer service provider ever. He was friendly and courteous, but more importantly was genuinely interested in solving my problem with my best interest in mind. He was able to analyze the situation and offer options when it seemed that none were satisfactory. Every business should have a Pedro.

I stood in line and listened to two employees talk about fixing their cars and America’s tires and other personal business without even being acknowledged. Thankfully I noticed a self service kiosk so I could help my self otherwise I don’t think I would have ever gotten any help from the employees.

Rerouted a package to their store since it required a signature. I originally shipped it to my old office address, but no one was going to be available to sign for it. When I arrived to pick it up, I showed my driver's license with my home address. Offered to show the tracking number and text messages from FedEx telling me my package was ready for pickup. They would not give me the package, because my driver's license had my home address on it. I did not have any paperwork with my old office address on it. I asked the rep to look up my name and address on the Internet for me and they refused. It would have taken 10 seconds or less. Said they were just going to ship it back to the sender.

Man This Place is the Worst! Everytime I go in here one of these Guys Try’s to tell me “ that’s not packed right you’re going to have to buy a box for $16.99” from THEM OF COURSE ! With a $5 roll of tape from THEM . There on something Else Here , trying to scam every customer that walks in the door on a $16.99 Box to Repack something that’s totally OK today this Old Gentleman that works there was trying to hustle me into another Box so I just went on my phone found another location in Folsom off of OAK PAK RIGHT they where very nice no hassles the young lady had no qualms about my package. Save time and money don’t go here there Lame at this Location . Trust Me if I could go Negative Stars I would!

They were very helpful. Maria initially explained my options including quality, time and price. I opted to do it myself with staff guidance. I couldn’t be more pleased with the professional and friendly service.

Art is rude and not helpful at all. Made a simple task irritating and much more complicated then needed. Store manager was no help either. No one knows what they are doing here.

Had a backup battery delivered by FedEx that needed to be returned. But this location can't ship it back. That can ship huge tires. They can have two FedEx trucks sitting right there loading packages and still not take my package. They then told me the FedEx on Sun Center could do it... but guess what, they can't either (which I found out after driving there because they don't have a direct number). Thanks FedEx for making my evening difficult. I will make sure to attempt to use UPS when I have a choice.
