  I was being assisted by Angelica, and she was awesome. She helped me thru the whole process to complete what I wanted to get done. If not for her help I would have not completed what I wanted. Very Thankful for her assistance and patience.

  Today I went to FedEx Folsom on East Bidwell and had the worst customer service experience! First of all there was one person at counter and other employees in building not helping customers.   Courteous, helpful staff and a complete array of shipping, emailing, printing services, etc. I haven't gone to any other store for my shipping and printing needs no matter how small the request.
