From the moment I stepped in, the place was clean and smelled fresh. The gal who checked me in was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay at this location in the future if I'm in the area.Rooms: The rooms were clean, provided a nice workspace with desk and lighting, beds were comfortable. Included a mini fridge, coffee maker with coffee and tea.Safety: I felt safe staying here, and I felt safe in my room.Food & drinks: Close to shopping like whole foods, restaurants, Costco.The hotel does a very nice job providing breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. The hotel staff allowed me to warm up my own waffles that i brought due to food allergies and restrictions. That made my breakfast even better. The gal in charge of putting out more eggs, bacon, etc was very friendly.

I cannot rave enough about the staff at this hotel. I'm old and travel quite a bit and have never had such consistently friendly and helpful staff anywhere else. My room was very clean and comfortable and also very quiet, we never heard folks in the next room or people in the hallways.. which is very unusual! All of the public spaces were also spotless. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.An extra special shoutout goes to the woman responsible for breakfast most of the mornings I was there. She was friendly, helpful, remembered that a person in our party was gluten free and went out of the way to make sure she had plenty of options and double checked ingredients. Every person there deserves a big fat raise!

Good hotel for a 3 star chain. Good service each visit with reliably clean, comfortable rooms. With there were walkable eating options.

Very convenient to john Kemp community park. Costco 8s just across the street. Only drawback is indoor versus outdoor

Stayed here for a wedding in Rancho Cucamonga & it's location is great because they have lots a restaurants within walking distance. The Ontario Mills Mall is also a few blocks away. The staff was very friendly & helpful but one con is they don't have a jacuzzi/hot tub. A plus is they do have free breakfast every morning.

Right next to the Broadmoor tennis complex. Great staff, clean room, delicious choices for breakfast, which offered cage-free eggs, oat milk, and the usual yummy choices offered by this hotel chain. Quiet location, close to everything. Right off the 50.

Love this hotel! I visit often, and the staff are incredibly friendly. They always accommodate early check-ins, and the breakfast is delicious. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Our favorite! Huge indoor pool users and the greatest complimentary breakfast! The best breakfast hostess who is a gem to the hotel. We've stayed here repetitively throughout the years. Great value and excellent staff!Rooms: Clean and everything works! Never required a service call on any of our multiple visits!

I came into Folsom,CA a few days ago to visit family & friends since I used to live in the area. The price for our stay was very affordable. The hotel is pristine. When you walk in.. it's like no person has stepped foot inside the hotel before. It's extremely clean & well taken care of. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly & so helpful! The hotel did include breakfast (great variety), has indoor pool, great gym equipment. They do clean hotel rooms every couple of days when staying with them but, my friends and I had requested to have our room be cleaned & they kindly did so. I'm extremely happy with our stay & I highly recommend!! I will definitely be coming back.
