Worst store ever the manager that i worked for was rude and negative and was a racist person do not go to this dollar tree the store manager is extremely rude and disrespectful i had quit working there because the store manager was rude and terrible she had a bad attitude and everything else

I shopped at the store today . The cashier's manners left a lot to be desired . I shopped for hotwheels and found two complete boxes in the toy area . I put the cars on the pegs and set aside the ones I liked . When I was done stocking the pegs I put my selection in an unused box . When she saw me she asked where I got those ? She was probably meaning the cars but then she said "oh - i meant the box because they shouldn't be left in customer area". She addressed me in a rude tone . I asked her a few more questions and I kept getting kurt responses . I have no idea as to why whe was so rude and I won't offer my theories . I am not naming the employee . She is probably having a bad day but it is not fair to take it out on the customers . I have frequented the establishment for many years and this is the first time I got this kind of treatment . Management needs to impress upon cashiers to keep their emotions and or biases in check when dealing with customers.

This is your typical Dollar Tree. We all know what to expect when we go there. Great bargains, fairly messy, understaffed, sprinkled with a light coating of a slightly unfriendly attitude. I needed to use the bathroom while I was there. I asked for the key and received a giant blue monstrosity, small key attached. (I get it, they don't want us to forget to return the key). I went to the bathroom and was completely destroyed by the sights and smells. My head spun with the indignity of what my eyes will never be able to unsee. I didn't know you could do that to a toilet and still survive. Needless to say, I could not complete my business there. I turned in a quiet defeat, and returned the giant blue keychain, whispered to the young lady that it was not possible to use the abused porcelain in her facility. She never even spoke...I left in solemn discontent.

I needed to exchange an item and this gal named Christy says while a bunch of us are standing in one line"i can help you on lane 5."So I walk over to lane 5. When I get there she says to me "oh I'm sorry you will need to go to lane 3."I wall over 5o lane 3 and I needed to do am even exchange. The sales oerson I get is new and he tells me "I'm new I can't do these. "He calls.the gal Christy and then asks her to help him. She says to me "if this is an even exchange then we won't be able to help because our manager isn't here and is st lunch..you can wist arijnd if you'd like."I couldn't believe this. I was like "wth type of service is this?."Then luckily another employee came to the register and say "I'll help her. Is this an even exchange?" I tell her "yes."She proceeded on with the transaction.Gosh these items are only $1.25 each and I find it absolutely ridiculous that that girl Christy jist made so many excuses to not help me.Should have just left there

Super slow. Only 1 cashier. 10 people in line. No carts available. No bags available. Dirty store. Unfriendly staff.
