This person and his so called CPA firm is a scam artist.one who draws people in consults with them for 30-min and then tries to invoice them for No Services rendered for $500. in my consultation all he did was talk about golf. This is wrong. He does not disclose what he is doing until you receive a false invoice. He should not be allowed to practice. This person is unethical, this is one of the most injustice practices I have ever experienced. Never Never should anyone use this business and should Never trust this person. The California Board of Accountancy is going to hear about this person. There is a California Society of CPAs Code of Professional Conduct, they as well will know the truth.
