I visited De La Rosa's Bridal today just looking for my dress, but I ended up having an outright amazing experience on every front. Meghan helped me through every step on this process, educated me on alteration options, and keep me feeling my best emotionally and physically throughout the appointment. a fantastic local business that's more than earned their 50 years in the business.

My daughter and I spent the afternoon with Grace and Bic at De La Rosa's and had an absolutely wonderful experience! They were both so friendly, lovely and accommodating the whole time we were there. Grace was our personal assistant and she got whatever my daughter wanted to try on and helped her in and out of everything. She kept track of her favorites and answered all our questions. No pressure either, which absolutely makes us want to do business with them. This was a day I've waited my whole life for, and it was wonderful! I'd highly recommend them!

Everyone at De La Rosa’s Bridal & Tuxedo has been so helpful, sweet, and accommodating! I brought my wedding dress and elopement dress here and both alterations have been amazing. The customer service is a breath of fresh air. The turn around time for my original inquiry was less than an hour. They were able to get my elopement dress alterations appointment scheduled immediately when I last-minute called to see if there was availability. The pricing is beyond reasonable and the seamstresses are very kind and knowledgeable. They take the time to remember you and ensure your alteration requests are properly taken care of. I would recommend this establishment to anyone. If I could give 10/5 stars, I would. You won’t be disappointed if you go here!

I had a wonderful experience at De La Rosa's. Amy and owner Liz are incredibly kind and personable and clearly have a ton of expertise - they made it easy to find the perfect dress well within my budget. They have an excellent selection with very reasonable prices. Alterations were more than I expected (though I was not shocked given the wedding industry as a whole!), but they turned out great - I was so comfortable and confident on the day of my wedding. I would definitely recommend this bridal shop!

I was shopping for mother of groom dress, had some appointments at other shops that did not go well. Walk into de la rosa without any appointment and they were happy to help, suggest alterations that could be made and check on timing for rush orders (note, for mother of bride or groom, you may need to order a dress give it 3-4 months). LIZ was spectacular. Friendly, helpful and have wonderful suggestions. Unfortunately I waited a bit too long to shop for my dress and things in stock, in color I needed, just didn't fit, but I would definitely suggest shopping here for your wedding party and family dress needs. The customer service can't be beat

Over the last 20 years, my two daughters and my granddaughter found their gowns here! Love this store and the folks that take ownership of your wedding! So personable. Love this store to take care of what matters for such an important day!

I called prior to arriving and was surprised I didn’t need an appointment to view or try on gowns. Yelena was very attentive and helpful. Overall, great customer service by the ladies working there.

My mom, myself and my niece came into find a reception dress for my upcoming wedding. I had already tried on a few dresses and found one last one I wanted to try. I picked it and ask the girl (can't remember her name) if I could try it on. She reminded multiple times that "it's a size 10". (I'm a size 12). Once we got into the dressing room the girl made another comment "let's see if this can fit over your hips" and as I went to step into the dress she said to me "proceed with caution". The dress didn't fit past my hips and the girl continued to remind me that a size 10 is really a size 6. She saw the look on my face due to her passively calling me fat and joked "I wouldn't even fit into this dress". I was unamused by her attempt to lighten the mood and she repeatedly began to say "sorry". I was at a loss for words and walked out in tears. The manager was very kind on the phone which is why I gave 1 star. But if you are a woman with curves and looking for a place that makes you feel beautiful and welcomed this is NOT IT.

I found my dress! It was the most beautiful unique dress, it has a tint of green satin under the lace and lots of sparkle. Never thought I'd find my green fairy wedding dress!

We came here and purchased my sisters wedding dress but because we were plus size we were not treated the same as the other brides instead we were made to feel like we were less then a smaller women. Not only that but when I bought my dress the quality was poor with snags and rips and stains. My sister had her dress altered as well and the work on it is horrendous and shotty. So if you are a plus size bride or just a bride out of the norm I would recommend going somewhere else. However if you do have to go here make sure to speak to Liz she was the only one who made us feel welcomed.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent variety. They did everything they could to make sure my son was happy with his tuxedo for his prom.
