Went here to get an at home covid 19 test. Pharmacy desk was nice and directed me to the cash register. When I went to the cash register to ask for it (since it was behind the counter), the cashier stocking things away from the register rudely said "Sir, the self checkout is open". I said i needed the test and she said it wasn't in stock, and didn't offer any advice where to find one. I promptly put my other items i was going to buy back on the shelf because i was so irritated. Received much better service at the CVS off Blue Ravine

I went to the store on Saturday May 1st to get a COVID shot. There was a small booth setup to administer these shots, but no customers could be seen. I asked if I could get a shot but was told I need an appointment. I went to the pharmacy to see if I can make an appointment and the lady behind the pharmacy counter called the Pharmacist. the Pharmacist told me they are 100% booked and they have no spare vaccines. I could come later and if someone missed they appointment I might be able to get it. She also said due to a lack of vaccines this would be their last day giving the vaccine. I decided to go online using my phone and check for appointments. While online I saw that almost every single appointment time slot was available. I was easily able to book the next time slot. I showed them my phone and was given the vaccine. I was asked to hang out around the store for a little while to make sure I have no adverse reaction. I did and one thing I noticed was a lack of people getting the vaccine. I don't understand with all the hype on the news about this virus why she lied to me about not having the vaccine, when they had plenty. I have heard it is because they don't want to open a whole case if they don't think they will use it as they will have to throw it away. I'm not sure if that is the reason or if the pharmacy lady didn't have access to see the appointment slots, whatever it was, she should have been honest about it and not look me in the eye and lie.

I've always enjoyed coming to this CVS for their extensive drugstore makeup selection. They carry Korean beauty products too which is a huge plus. And of course their overall makeup selection is just great. Sometimes I don't want to go inside a Target or Walmart to get a few things so I come here for easy toiletries and so forth. They always have some sort of deal and coupon as well so that's a plus. Service has always been pleasant and smooth.

So we needed cash back so we chose to come here and we didn't want to use the atm because it charged $3.00, so instead we bought a small item and while running the item it didn't give me a choice if I wanted cash back. And then the lady asked me to buy a different items to see what it will say again and it didn't give me an option of cash back and the lady told me to go to the atm. So I'm all I wasted $10 for no reason.

I had a great experience last night. The cashier was kind and quick. He helped me get set up with the care pass and I saved $20 on my purchases. I will definitely be back! They had EVERYTHING I needed. Great selection!!

Such rude workers here. I came up to a man to ask if they had a product and he proceeds to cut me off saying "No we don't have them." I then ask him how the CVS product checker online says that they have them and if they could possible check them and he curtly replies "It's wrong." Why do you have to be so damn rude? Seriously. I guess having manners isn't something you guys possess.

I came here recently for the first time to get my prescription for both of my children. I saw that there was a drive thru, so I decided to try it out. And I'm so happy I did! First of all, after you speak with your physician wait for the pharmacy to text/call you(set your phone number up). After it's ready, go through the drive thru- it literally takes no time! I have young babies, any chance I get to not have to get out of my vehicle is 5 stars! Lol. The staff are super super nice and work really hard to get you going. All I had to do is tell them my name and who the medicine was for... then they grabbed it, gave me verbal instructions, had me sign a consent, had me pay, and then they gave me the medicine and written instructions. I truly loved my experience here! I will definitely be using them fRom now on and I would suggest it!

Bad customer service. Prescriptions never ready when their own systems tells you they will be. Drive thru lane closed for seemingly eternity.

Everyone at this CVS works extremely hard to meet their customer's satisfaction and work with good intentions. Never had a bad experience and those who rate it low seem to forgot that pharmacists/employees are only human. Reminder that they probably deal with hundreds of patients per week with very little breaks in between so show some respect.

CVS Pharmacy is fowl! The store is relatively clean but the pharmacy is just disgusting! Next time you pick up a prescription look behind the counter. Look at the floor. Caked dirt, trash and random pills laying by and under the racks were they keep the filled prescriptions. Then look by the pick up window floor and the mini fridge. It's so gross! Then you have to give your first and last name and date of birth and verify your address. Seriously? For everyone to hear! That is a simple app for a mounted tablet. Much safer to protect customers identity. Last, the receipt was a little over 4.5 feet of just coupons! Who many trees do the go through a day! Again, simple app or CVS card for that. CVS needs to step up their game! I gave them 1 star because the store area floor was way better than the pharmacy otherwise they get a BIG Zero! Maybe call Curtis Channel 3 could put some light on this.

On Tuesday I stopped in for some sunscreen and was helped by a gentleman that I didn't catch his name, but was very helpful in directing me to the direction they were located at! To my surprise sunscreen was on sale for buy 1 get 1 50% off, what a bargain, definitely great for tots I watch and my daughter! I would definitely recommend this location and I'll be back when I'm in the area, definitely sign up for their rewards program for more great deals!
