They gave me medication that had the expiration date scribbled out, it was expired. They placed a sticker over my husband’s medication, it was also expired. No call back when I tried to contact them.

This is one of the most organized CVSs in the Sacramento area. All the shelves are clean and filled with merchandise or medicine. An employee even walked by and asked if he could help. It was hard to get from CVS or Walgreens anymore. The store still looks old, but clean and well maintained. Most of the items are in stock. The parking lot is safe, and easy to park my car in front of the store.

I like shopping @CVS because I know the out lay of the store & it’s easy to find what I’m shopping for. Cashier are usually very nice. The only thing I don’t like is having to pay for bags @ check out. I know all store change for bags.

By far the worst pharmacy in town. They are rude. They act like it's a burden to pick up medications. Waited 35 minutes for an inhaler. The pharmacist seemed frustrated that he needed to enter my insurance information and kept rolling his eyes like he was annoyed with everyone. Do not use this pharmacy

This pharmacy is extremely unhelpful. They won't provide stock information like every other CVS will (they claim it's impossible). Try another CVS in the area because this staff is just not it. They'll regularly also ignore phone calls and only pick up (while sounding annoyed) after you call repeatedly. These people do not want to do their job.

The cashier hung up multiple times because dhe didnt want to speak with me. There was no reason why she couldnt help find the keys i left. Almost as if she was guilty of something. Highly unprofessional behavior.

The pharmacy is a nightmare to deal with. Every time. They can’t seem to figure out how insurance works and when I tell them what insurance to use, they just use the wrong one instead. Every time. They’ve given me partial amounts of my medications and then void the rest and it causes a nightmare having to go back to my doctors to get new scripts. I always wait over thirty minutes in line and longer in drive thru and they never seem to want to help anyone. No smiles ever. No customer service at all. Always an issue every single time I get a prescription here. I do applaud Anthony and his front end crew. They are always nice and seem to actually want to be there. And Anthony always goes above and beyond to help me if I ever need anything.

CVS actually has my baby’s formula in stock, but their cashiers cannot process a $30 manufacturer coupon. The cashiers asked me to return a half hour later when their manager was in, and this was after they told me the coupon didn’t work because it wasn’t the “correct product.” I had to point out that the coupon stated any product applied. Manufacturer coupons is one of the first things learned in training and two people were unable to assist. That’s pretty sad.

Worst pharmacy I've ever gone to. Staff is so rude, The lady at the drive through today was so rude and rolled her eyes when I asked her a question and was shaking her head when she walked away. I will be switching pharmacies.
