I was just there around 11am, to pick up laxatives for my Daughter who was in the ER last night. I waited in line at the Pharmacy to speak with a Pharmacist. When it was my turn she (the little As ian Lady) barked at me "just wait a minute," which was fine. Then I asked to speak to with a Pharmacist and she said "I have on a white jacket, who do you think I am?" I said I wasnt sure if she was a Pharmacy Tech, then asked my questions about the laxatives. She said "I cant help you we dont carry any such thing." Its not necessary to be rude to customers. I wont ever go back to that store. I tried calling the store to talk to the Manager but no such option.

Substandard customer Substandard customer service and I am leaving this review after several negative experiences. I just left hospital and went there to pick up my meds. They pulled down their blind and said come back at 2. Nowhere is mentioned that they close at 1:30. I am done with this place and will move to Rite Aide.

I’m extremely disappointed in this CVS Target location. I’ve used different CVS Target locations and have never had as many problems as i have had with this one. It has been multiple times now that i have been shorted on medications (not receiving the correct amount that is on the label) and the blame is put on me every time. I now check the count every time and there still seems to be a problem. Today the pharmacist hung up on me because i asked him to talk to my doctor since i already had. Great customer service. They expect me to be the one to go back and forth to the doctor to fix the issues but i never seemed to have these issues at the Rancho Cordova location or the Natomas location. If you live in the Folsom area, look elsewhere for your prescription needs. I will be changing locations.

I was kind of hesitant about going to a new pharmacy after moving, but this place is great! The pharmacist and assistants are very friendly and helpful, and they fill orders surprisingly quickly. One time I brought in 6 paper prescriptions for meds for an upcoming surgery, and they were like "yeah just give us like 15 minutes and we'll have it all ready for you." And they did! Another time there was a mistake where one of my prescriptions was filled as a three month supply instead of a one month supply. The employee caught the mistake, asked me about it, and fixed it in like two minutes. I'm so glad I decided to try out this location!

The pharmacist at this location just spoke to me like I was both a child and a drug addict. He refused to refill one of my prescriptions that is due for refill. This is not the first time that this pharmacist has spoken to me this way and the last time it was over something as ridiculous as Ibuprofen. I have been slowly switching all of my prescriptions to the CVS pharmacy across the street from this one, where they are friendly and competent. Go to the one at 1005 E. Bidwell instead! Trust me.

Worst pharmacy imaginable! I called and asked them to send fax to my doctor to refill a prescription on Monday. They said no problem. Thursday they never sent anything and the person they left in charge is a pharmacist in training who is saying he can't do anything---such as his job. I called my pharmacy on record and they are saying that absolutely should be able to do this for you. Horrible service.
