Place is a scam and super dirty. Manager is a rude blonde woman and her employees obviously do not care about anything. I took this picture in the yoga room and they were everywhere. Absolutely disgusting I cancelled my membership the next day. Which by the way shouldn’t be a complicated thing. The manager was pressuring me to explain exactly why I was cancelling and kept trying to sell me different things. It was just super uncomfortable.

Things are always out of order. Equipment in the weight room, and in the locker rooms.
Doesn’t look like they’re cleaning. Crew knows how to clean anything above 6 inches off the floor.

Lack of ethics in employees when explaining hidden charges. When I joined the gym they told me that I could cancel at any time, when I canceled they told me that there would be no future charges, but they lied because they charged me the annual charges without me having used the gym.

Thanks to Miranda and Sienna at the Folsom Location, I can help my best friend to get back in shape and feel better about herself. They answered all my questions and I couldn't recommend talking with these two young ladies more. I'm looking forward to being apart of the gym.

The Folsom Location has been my home Location for about 2 years now and always been my most favorite Location do to the fact of how welcoming staff is as you walk through the door. The General Manager Janna Has always helped me with any of my concerns, this Location definitely is the cleanest out of evrywhere I have been!! I travel here from rocklin just for that reason alone. Thank you Crunch Staff keep up he Great work!!

Crunch refused to cancel my membership even after I sent dozens of emails begging, refusing to cancel because of a past due I wouldn't have needed to pay if they had just canceled it. They continued to charge me for 5 months plus the annual fee. The manager refused to do anything, even after explaining over email a dozen times I had family matters I needed to attend and could not come into the gym. Now I have a 207$ bill going to collections ! Don't trust these people , they tried billing my debit card every day for several months with no authorization !

Came by as a guest pass with my buddy. Experience was great! They have lots of good equipment and services. While I didn’t pay for this initial trip, the price listed in the advertising material seems good for what you get. Employees and members were kind for what I noticed during my short stay.
