Mixed review: good news: clean room, semi-quiet on 1st floor, nice bed & sheets clean.Bad news: they charge $12 for parking! It's a shopping center with huge paved parking lot! I just noticed they do say that on their web site but unaware when we checked in and clerk didn't mention it. Just asked if we had a car, filled out permit, but never motioned a charge until I asked. So ADD $12/night to whatever quote you're given. Definitely makes it non-competitive to others in the area especially with no breakfast (we stay in area often, first time here in a few years because of price which, it turned out, wasn't correct because of parking fee). Some safety/access concerns. We don't need ADA type room but shower lacked grab bar; shower pan had no non-slip strips or anything else to prevent slip/fall; SHOWER HEAD WAS 7' (!) above floor. I'm 6'2" and able to adjust spray but I'd guess anyone under ~5'8" couldn't. My wife couldn't reach it.Toilet was really low and NO GRAB BAR to lever up. So, if your knees are trashed, you've got to lever off the toilet seat. Not a great alternative.Fold out couch/bed had weird extension of base wood about 1' into path to narrow passage to other side of bed. My wife whacked her shin badly on it. Looks like in renovation they installed a narrower fold out couch, leaving base exposed.Anyway, unlikely to stay there again.

Disclaimer - I’m a hospitality consultant so I may view things differently - I also write travel books so again I view things maybe a bit differently. This is a solid and good representation of this brand. 5 stars is for George at the Front Desk who “gets” what being in hospitality is about and what it takes. His professional but warm and friendly approach was truly appreciated. We would just suggest Sales and marketing look over their copy on the sites as they show the 1 bedroom suite as having a tub/shower combo and that’s why we booked it to have that feature and the separate living room but apparently these rooms have all been changed out to shower only so we wound up changing out to a room that did have a tub shower combo and feeling a bit more cramped than what we wanted for our needs.Location is great making easy access to shopping, dining and medical facilities. We didn’t use any of the facilities but everything looked well kept.We will return.

The location of this hotel was good. Their “newly renovated rooms” still needed some work and updating. Old outlets, no usb ports, smallll TV, old refrigerator that was barely alive when I used it. There are no microwaves in the room, but one down in the lobby. There is no water anywhere, but you can buy one at the front desk for $3 or drink out of the bathroom sink. You have to pay for parking even though there are a ton of open spaces. I asked for an extra blanket at the front desk, they were nice and handed me one, but when I got to my room to put it on the bed - there was a large brown/yellow spot on it. If I’m ever staying in this area again, this hotel won’t be my first or second or third option - definitely my last option.

Mel was great when we checked in. There was also a very tall young white lady who always greeted us when we walked in to the hotel. Rooms are decent. AC should be updated it's pretty loud especially when you're trying to sleep. Rose lacks customer service skills. Unfortunately I had to check out with her. She did greet us at the counter. I had to tell her I wanted to check out. She didn't ask if I wanted a printed copy or that the invoice would be emailed. I had to ask her if she was emailing me a copy of the receipt. No thank you for staying. Everyone else has been pleasant and welcoming.

Stayed in room 307 it had a portable air conditioner inspite of paying over $225 a night. Breakfast was good but front desk person at night was not very approachable or helpful had very abrupt attitude. Would definitely not recommend this room.Hotel is nice but no mention of portable air-conditioning when booked, just handed the key card and got a surprise when walked into the room.

The front desk workers were very friendly. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is the best; with all the stores and restaurants around you will have a hard time deciding where to go! My only nitpick is the layout of the room was a bit odd, but it's really a non-issue.

On business travel and this is usually one of my go to's when I'm in the area. This hotel is very conducive for work travel (especially their consistent and stable wifi) and is centrally located around plenty of restaurants and bars. Recommended if you're in the area for business.

The system was down and she barely talked to us. When we finally got our room cards, she didnt tell us where the elevators were or any other info besides where are room was upstairs. The bed was nice and comfortable.Suggestion: find a way to cover the panel for the ac/heater control. The light is really bright.Nearby activities: CrumblWalkability: Shopping and restaurants nearby
