They are selling cold pizza slices that are on rack for ages. Crust is very hard. Twice I had to ask them to give me slices from fresh pizza. It used to be good 6months ago, not anymore.

Staff is helpful. Good food as always but they really need to frequently clean up the tables and chairs way more often.

What a disgusting food they make. Checkin sandwich was cold, bread was cold and tasted like half cocked. Bacon went right to the garbage bin. Then whole sandwich followed.
Hot dog was more or less edible. I know it’s cheap. But if you offer food to public at least respect your customers.

The food is always solid and that price is great, and I never wait long, but if you want to sit down and eat the table might be messy.

Can't go wrong with the Costco food court. My only complaint is they now have standing tables and got rid of some sitting tables.
I prefer the sitting tables.
Besides that, yummy hot dogs, pizza, and cookies. Ask for onions for the dogger.

The new system they have for picking up call ahead orders is horrendous. It was a hot mess on Saturday afternoon and could have been so easily helped with some signage or something. Please fix this!

Rang up my hotdogs and pushed it the bag and bag split open. Hotdog rolled out on counter. She put it back in bun wrapped bag around it and handed it to me. I said, "I don't think so" ..sheesh

Whenever your place a phone order be prepared to add 20-30 minutes to the time they give you. They’re never ready on time and you’ll always have to wait. It’s too bad pizza everywhere else in Folsom is subpar that this is the best option/value.
