I had a flat spot in recent tires I installed in Folsom Costco. Their customer service was awful, with long wait, nobody ever cared, and they kept saying that was because of car part issues. I checked with the service shop for Mercedes Benz, They couldn't find any issues in my car. When I was back at Costco, their rep said, the tire is like the electrical with no warranties. He was rude too. I left Costco and stopped by Sma's club. I did my installation in Sam's Club in their cross street. I had a great experience in Sam's Clube tire shop center. I highly recommended to try the Sam's Club tire shop beside Costco.

Recently, I had a flat tire for my Tesla and I got 2 new tires here. The front desk guy was very friendly and super helpful in providing all the information needed.
If anyone has issue with tires, I think Costco has best deals and service.

I gave this five star to a guy whose name is Alex! I came here around 6:50pm April 13th. There's only 10 mins left before tire center closed. My tire was broken in this raining cold day. A young guy Alex who works here and greeting me with his big smile. He is very patient to help me resolve my problems. I am an old man. He helped me change a temporary tire and let me back tomorrow morning. The next morning I came back , my old tire had been already fixed perfectly. I'm so touched by his wonderful service! He is definitely a hero and presents 5 stars Costco. Because of that, I will keep my Costco membership forever! Thanks, Alex! Thanks, Costco!

One of our favorite places to shop. Reasonably priced, reasonably busy, and very nice employees. You can always find what you need, and more. Only complaint is that the carts aren't big enough! Very full cart +pizza for dinner for $62010/5 food court 10/5 bakery5/5 pharmacy5/5 products 5/5 employees4/5 gas station (very busy)3/5 tire shop (somewhat difficult to get help, had issues in past with incorrect installation)

3 pumps per aisle at the costco gas station, we were in and out within less than 30min.This is our go to gas station when traveling to and from Tahoe.It's affordable and the service is very quick.

A smaller Costco stores but still features an abundance of options. There even seems to be smaller store options missing at the bigger big box locations. Food court is outside. Certainly worth the stop if you need a concise shopping experience.

LOVE their flooring! Used 3x now. Once self-installed. Cameron at S&G was our representative and is very knowledgeable about the options and value. Saved a LOT!Folsom Costco customers since its Price Club days. Never had a problem and staff has always been helpful.Jean

Worse tire shop I had in Costco I left my car all day to change tire they call me at 6 pm car won't start I went over I check my car is start nothing wrong very bad customer service never back here again

This isn't a store that I usually go to since there are others that are closer to where I live However, it's located close to hwy 50 and they frequently get a variety of whiskies in stock that the other Costco stores do not; hence, my foray most recently.This store has pleasantly surprised me with the selection of alcohols! Great specialty scotch bottles that I can't find anywhere else within an hour . And at a reasonable price, no less.Oh, they excel at keeping the less expensive bottles intended for making cocktails around. Stocking basic bar supplies is something that many Costco stores do well. However, if you're a connoisseur and want to find new(to you) bottles of a special edition single malt for yourself or for gifting to a friend, come here to shop and you'll likely find something special.

Wow Costco! What is up with your cashiers? I came in on Saturday and Doris was unapologetically annoyed I separated my 7 items into two transactions for different forms of payment. And today I go in to purchase two additional bottles of the lovely sparkling cremant I found for $9.99 on Saturday. The lady I'm front of me had quite the load and didn't mind my jumping ahead seeing as all I had were 2 items. I go to tell the cashier; Miyoki, and she holds up an item and announces "I already started!" I'm sorry! Do you not know how to use the VOID function? I know Costco pays better than average so if it's too difficult for these women to provide courteous customer service while all they do is stand in one place and scan things then maybe their jobs should be given to other employees who haven't forgotten that Costco wouldn't exist without it's members. All of this right after I re-activated my membership. Do better!

Long wait. No one assisted me or spoke to me. Finally just left.Went to Les Scheab and got the tire fixed for free.What is the point of “free tire repair” when it is so difficult? I will not be buying tires from Costco again.
