“Kim was amazing!! my boyfriend has a really time finding pants that fit his due to his massive thighs and tiny waist. she took one look at him and came back in 2 seconds with pants that fit him perfectly! the. she took us to the section she got them from and explained the differences between the way the jeans stretch and how to keep them from shrinking or expanding in the washer and dryer. we loved her and i’m so happy he has pants that fit now!!”
“This Gap store most of the time has the nicest fits compared to the other Gap stores I went to. They have sick fits for kids to match with dad. If you like Gap this is the store to go to.”

“Terra Cottage is my favorite local store to shop in Folsom. I love their clothes and they are excellent quality! Affordable price too! Their staff are always friendly and helpful! Katie has always been attentive whenever I visit the store.I usually buy online and just do local pick up. I also love their special live sales on IG.I’ve met Janis, the owner during the Sip and Shop event and even if they were busy that day, she took good care of me and made sure I was able to try on the dresses I picked and check out was pretty quick too!She is very sweet!I also appreciate that I earn points every time I shop.Thank you Terra Cottage for wonderful customer service!”
“My 2 daughters and I walked into this lovely boutique and were greeted by very friendly Mia who does all of the buying for the store (I'm assuming she's the owner). What great customer service we received!Furthermore their prices are very reasonable and the quality of their clothing is excellent! I plan to shop there again soon and highly recommend it to all of my friends.”
“It was a cold, rainy day and I had unfortunately misplaced my gloves while walking down Sutter Street. Not to mention our 6 year old didn't bring a pair. After asking nearby businesses if they carried gloves or mittens, they mentioned we might be in luck with this boutique! Thankfully they had hats, scarves and the high-quality brand of gloves I love! I got the last festive color CC Lined Cable Knit Ribbed Gloves in Burgundy for myself and Ribbed Gloves in Clay for my daughter! They definitely kept my hands cozy, bonus they touch-screen and her pair were big on her, but she loved them and they kept her cozy as well during the holiday event we attended! I would recommend this boutique and we'll definitely be returning to this small business to shop until we drop ha ha! The staff member working was really sweet and when my daughter asked what all the doors were for, she said they offered waxing, eyelash extensions and even had a hair salon in the back! Talk about a one stop shop! SYOY! :)”
“So a couple days ago i went in here looking for a gift for a guy i basically knew nothing about. I was fortunate enough to meet the lovely nicole who helped me for so long picking out different options, suggesting different items, and really just going above and beyond. I was definitely a difficult customer as we had to go through multiple items but she was so patient and helpful it made the shopping process so so easy and fun. I also want to give a shout-out to jude who helped me as well giving different pointers and picking pieces from different aesthetics, i really really appreciated both of their help and because of them i will be returning over and over again. really great experience and both of them need a raise immediately. if any spots in management open up they are two candidates i definitely think you should consider!!!”

“Hit the Folsom outlets this morning to find a dress for my wife. Volcom has some pretty stylish stuff and we found what we needed there. More importantly though was the prompt welcome and offer for assistance from Stephan. When my wife asked about other sizes (from the dressing room) he was quick to check and offer what they had. In addition to providing extremely good service, Stephan was very cordial and engaging in conversation, all while seamlessly attending to other customer needs as well. My wife and I left with a big smile after a very enjoyable stop in a retail store. Who knew experiences like this could be found in retail!”
“OMG I had so much fun shopping yesterday. The minute I walked in I felt welcome. Michelle greeted me and we immediately connected. She really knows her business. “The sales person was very helpful and pointed us at the right aisles and also showed us which ones had better promotions running. Have a good selection of workout clothes, Tees, socks and underwear for both men and women. The clearance section has steeper discounts but you might not always find what you want there but the other aisles had some kind of discounts running as well. Giving it five ⭐ just for the customer service that we were provided with. The other person seemed to be very friendly as well and was helping one another customer in the store.”

“The Polo Ralph Lauren Outlet is almost in every outlet mall except the Folsom premium outlets for a long time. They finally opened one here a couple of years ago. The outlet store looks very good inside. The store looks very tidy every time when I'm here. The workers are very polite as well. I like this store because it is less crowded even on the weekends.”

Arden's Forever 21 store is larger and has more merchandise, but I find that a smaller selection with well-organized products leads to a more pleasing and easygoing shopping experience for me.”
“H&M is always busy with lots of people inside the store. This one in Folsom is no exception. This store is enormous, and many customers there try to find the clothes that they want. The prices of clothes and accessories in H&M are from low to medium with pretty good quality. They have clearance racks, and the price starts from a few dollars. The workers at the cashier counter are friendly and quick. The line is moving very fast. The parking in front of the store is hard to find parking. The parking garage is a little far from the store.”
“This Tommy Hilfiger Outlet Store is one of the best stores in Folsom Premium Outlets. It is at the heart of the outlet mall. Close to everything in the mall. This store is always well organized and the salespersons are helpful. I can found what I'm looking for in a very short period. I can see the store does have a lot of good bargains in there. They are organized by size and color. Finding what I'm looking for is easy. The store is located in the middle of the whole outlet mall with many parking in front of it. You may have to park your car with a little walking to the store. They do have a few parking right in front of the store, but you have to be very lucky to get one!”
“I Must Compliment GUESS FOR A GREAT IMPROVEMENT. I went to this Outlet about 6 months ago and got into an incident with the Manager. I was upset because I was waiting in line for 10min and it did not move. The young ladies that were working there were doing there best but they had issues with one of the Registers and it wasn't working Right. I ask one of the young ladies if I could speak to a manager, one of the workers there spoke up and ask if she could help me and I simply asked if they could open another register because one of them was not working and there was a third register that was not being used. There were plenty of customers waiting, and she told me if I didn't like it I could leave her store. I then asked if she was the manager and if I could have her name. She told me she was one of the managers and refused to give me her name. I left inferiated and as soon as I got Home I Called the GUESS FACTORY CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND REPORTTED THE UNEXCUSABLE ACTIONS OF THEIR EMPLOYEES.I JUST WENT THERE YESTERDAY AND THAT HORRIBLE MANAGER WAS GONE AND A NICE RED HAIRED LADY HAD TAKING HER PLACE. GREAT IMPROVEMENT. ONLY THING I THINK THEY NEED TO IMPROVE ON NOW IS THERE HAD ALMOST NO MENS SHOES. I LOVE GUESS JEANS AND WANT TO COMPLETE MY OUTFIT. SO IF YOU CAN MAKE MORE MENS SHOES AVAILABLE FOR GUESS JEANS.”
