I tried to exchange a pair of shoes which I got with $20 reward the cashier wants to steal the $20 reward . If she needs the $20 reward I left her the shoes she needs them more than me

Great store great selection great employees. Clean and good location I would recommend this store for choices. I have had four back surgeries and shoes are the most important so buy CLARKS

I really like Clark's shoes. I cannot order shoes online and expect them to fit me without pain or discomfort. So I'll go to shoe stores and try on dozens of shoes to end up with one pair. Through the years I've noticed one brand to stand out above the others in comfort and longevity: Clark's. I also think their styles are much better than the other shoe stores who cater to people with foot problems, and their prices are not outrageous.

I went in with my father. Worst customer service experience I ever had. I am a long time Clarks Customer but definitely not coming back to this location. Nick was rude and not helpful.
