This store is a safe place to stop right before the freeway for snacks and cold drinks. There is a hot food rack . Never had a problem with this place.

Melinda was very upset we disrupted her from watching a video when we went to the register to purchase our drinks. As we began getting our money out with some change, she got super upset and PLOPPED back down onto her chair and continued to play and watch video with arms crossed. When she was counting the money with change, we stood there watching to make sure it was the correct total and a possible, "Thank you, have a nice day". Instead we asked if that was everything when he replied "Uh ya". Wow! Great customer service. As we left we let her know we were sorry we interrupted her WORK DAY! We could have just thrown her our change and ran out, but we do live in society! Melinda, perhaps you can find a better suited job with the lack of people skills and work experience you have.

This is one of the only gas stations that I will go into in the area because it's staff is so friendly. I've been going here for many years and I can say that everyone there works hard to keep the people that walk in, happy.

Great place to get gas and food. Employees are great, happy and fun. Keep up the great work, love coming here and would only recommend this place for gas. Don't go anywhere else except here. Awesome, can't get enough of this place!

Horrible customer service when trying to cash scratchers. It's the closest gas station to me but I'd rather go to the Arco on folsom blvd or drive an extra mile for better service.

Bought a chicken sandwich an when I opened it the sandwich was drenched in some kind of honey sauce even tho the packaging showed all it was supposed to come with was a plain chicken sandwich with pickles. I went back and asked the clerk and they just kept saying it was supposed to come with the sauce already on it and kept asking if I wanted more condiments. I don't think they understood when I was asking if there was a sandwich that wasn't sitting in the hot box with sauce already all over it. Had to throw the thing out in the trash out front it was that gross.

The lady with the buzz cut and glasses working around 8pm on July 27th, was the most horrible person I've ever met and I work in customer service in RETAIL. I've encountered a lot of people working in retail, fast food and medical offices and she was the most horrible person. So rude and entitled. Who ever owns this chevron she most definitely needs to be fired or to work in the back ONLY with NO customers because there was absolutely no reason for her to be so mean and rude. If I could I would give this place 0 stars.

Gas is a bit pricey, but most Chevron stations are. Great convenience store and friendly staff.

I love this chevron.i go in here everyday.a lady named Terri works there and she's the most generous caring,hardworking ,woman I've ever met.she is always working at all hours of the day and night and she deserves a raise,! She is always so nice to me when I come in the store and always ready and willing to offer a helping hand.ive even seen her help out the homeless who come into the store.shes always got something to say to make me smile or laugh ..the store is always clean and updating their look..this is my go-to spot for everything...Thanks Chevron and Terri,?

The worst customer service expirience in this country that I've had. And this is the only Chevron in the State that does not let you use their microwave.... no wonder there is betterly any people here.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH TERRI on 5-8-22 at 6:30pm. I went in to buy gas & some water and was rudely declined service because I was paying with a $100 bill. Terri is condescending and her energy is unhappy. Terri is not friendly at all. If you dislike your job so much get a new job. Life is too short. Will not return to this place because of Terri. I miss Brian and Mike and Giovanni and Laurel. I wish Chevron would hire and retain more people like them and get rid of Terri.
