night girl doesn't know how to do her job. claimed they didn't take ebt even thou we could see the card reader(which was on and working) & they have it posted outside the door that they accept it. instead of doing a few extra steps, she says "it's broken" or "it doesn't work". In reality what doesn't work is your ability to understand basic cashier work

Extremely rude lady wouldn't let us use the public restroom even though her coworker had just walked out. She lied and said it's broken.

Raj is probably one of the best people I've ever come in contact with. I love his customer experience and his over all attitude. He's the most experienced worker in my opinion on handling his job and making sure everything and every customer is takin care of. He's a great guy, has a great smile and gets his job done with efficiency. You want to come to the greatest gas station and have the best customer experience possible, well welcome to arco on 301 E Bidwell St where raj is man that will take care of your needs. 1 star this place is an Arco gas station now and they have a sign on the door that says no public restrooms. You're a gas station and you're not gonna let people use the restroom. I've already been waiting here for about 20 minutes in my car when my brother went to get some thing and I don't see any customers here you're gonna lose a lot of business because of this!

Wow great customer service from a gas station. I come here on occasion and I am always greeted warmly and with a smile. Nick is a great guy who is always friendly.
