Madeleine, the receptionist at Folsom branch who runs the show, and answers the calls usually has no answers to almost any simple questions like transferring money, charges etc. (among others) and responds in a condescending manner when she is not able to help or has no willingness to help!! I wonder why Schwab has kept unskilled rude and ignorant staff like her interacting with customers first hand. I feel sad to leave a negative review, considering her age.. but hey, customer service matters in a financial institute, if it needs your business! Which makes me think probably they are don't really care?
