This company understands "customer service" and how to create an experience from beginning to end. This is even more appreciated now because I am witnessing a large number of companies actively choosing "increase in profits" over "excellence" - We all know this tradeoff is happening everywhere - customer service being outsourced to companies overseas - total disconnect and little to no training - not to mention difficulty in understanding the rep... I doubt most companies know these complaints and quite frankly do not care... why? It is obvious... Stakeholders in the company are obviously disconnected and either are so far removed from caring about their customers OR they might care and understand the rub a little, but the decrease in cost (probably a 50% labor squeeze) is so appealing and can make himself look great etc... It is my hope that somebody wake up and collect some real data over time so that it shows how downhill the company has declined. The most sad outcome is bearing out, and that is that we as a society are so disconnected and this entire generation cannot understand what i am complaining about to begin with, begin their experience is what they know - this is unacceptable. Previous generations are still here and very much alive - we remember well how amazing customer service was and it is unfortunate that we took for granted the biggest "differentiator" with MOST businesses... The smart business leaders that have refused to "sell out" will be the long term winners. Then we can have a real discussion about profits and losses in real terms. Please thank the businesses who are offering great customer service - please refer to friends and colleagues. Please take a moment out to acknowledge those who have made your day justs a little better by creaating a real connection and experience. It matters hugelyt - especially in this "HYPER SENSITIVE" & Transparent worlde we call "social media". We need to ask ourselves, why would we put up with less than incredible - fight back against the companies that are pulling all customer service and replacing it with "Clara the chatbot" - that often is unable to get anything right... UGH. Our time is being wasted while these companies have just sold your customer service overseas OR it is gone altogether. For the younger people, can you actually imagine a world where you were able to connect with trained customer service people at ALL times. They didn't hang up on you and they actually cared about creating relationships with their customers. I know it hard to imagine what never was... There are a few great companies that know how important this really is and I applaud their choice to "not sell out" - I pray they win in the end... Cheers!!!

I had an overall FABULOUS experience with Caliber Collision! The work was outstanding and their customer service is exceptional. Rene was the specialist guy that was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and kept me 100% up to date on the status of my car! I really hope I don’t need to see them anytime soon, and I feel confident that they can make you a happy & satisfied customer too!

Went to shop due to relationship with insurance and overall it was a decent experience. Had what I would consider normal types of issues with this type of job; took 4-6 weeks to get parts in shop, paint booth went down so had to reschedule drop off on very short notice, once into the repair, issues with headlight and some attaching hardware were discovered causing an increase in price and further delay, had to call a couple of times for current status and the automated text system wasn't always in synch with what was going on.

A big shoutout to Caliber Collision at 1128 Sibley Street Ste # H Folsom, CA 95630. My Toyota RAV4 was hit and thankfully Jared and the entire team of employees did a fabulous job repairing it! I was impressed with how well they managed everything! I took them two bags of chocolates. They were all very kind and deserved much more. My RAV4 was spotless. Thanks again, Donna Carpenter

BUYER BEWARE! DON'T USE THIS PLACE!!2 weeks and they still didn't order the parts until the insurance company sent a survey asking if I was satisfied with the job completed! Rene Gonzales, service advisor, could not give me any timeline as to when the car would be completed until he took the bumper off 2 days after drop off, only to tell me that it would take another week to complete the bumper replacement. All other 18 body shops in the area agreed they only needed the car for 1 DAY to swap out parts, and preferred the bumper off the car for painting to prevent overspray. On the day of pickup, after having my calls ignored that week, I get a call from him that they hadn't even started the paint job that was supposed to have happened the week before, and he didn't know when he was getting a painter. I told him that I would take the car to another shop to complete the work, despite it missing a bumper. Rene threated to pad the bill with an additional $300 arbitrary fee if I removed the vehicle from the premise. It took getting ahold of the regional manager Dan Miller to come to his body shop to get the job done, and my car released 2 days later. Granted it was an egg shell job with a single clear coat, but I was just glad to get my car back from impoundment so that I could take it to another body shop to properly finish it. Counting on the cops and the court system takes too long! Don't make my mistake!!Services: Painting

I brought my newly acquired Ford Must to Caliber as I was referred to them by Folsom Lake Ford. I had a trim molding located beneath the driver side door that had come loose and some clips that hold the molding in place were broken. Granted this is a minor fix, but I did not know that. The staff at Caliber could have easily milked this and taken advantage of me. Instead they replaced the broken clips and securely reattached this molding to my door at no charge to me.Thank you Caliber Collision.If I need them again in the future I will not hesitate to seek their help and give them my business.

They are very communicative and making sure that you know where your vehicle is in the next process. They communicate well with your insurance and help you out with returning your rental car. Yes, the rental facility is closed for the day. They were all very polite in the office and I recommend them.Services: Painting

My poor car was a victim of a horrible hit and run. Caliber Collision was able to restore my vehicle to its prior beauty completely. Renee was my claim advisor and he was absolutely wonderful. He kept me fully informed of my vehicles progress and any complications that we faced he was able to offer several solutions. This experience with Caliber was a fantastic one and I will make sure to share it when anyone asks me where to take their vehicle for repairs.

They took care of my Odyssey van nicely and did all necessary work to bring back shining of my car. Nice to know there is an honest, reliable auto care shop out there and wish they could have all other electrical services at this place. Highly recommend this shop for car body work.
