Try to find another place if you can. They would send me status updates daily but their really wasn't any updates. It literally said the status was still working on the vehicle basically each day. Instead of letting me know exactly what was being done. Then it states on the update that it would be done sooner than they said so I was thrilled. But it turned out no one updated it and they needed another day. They were never going to call me and let me know. I called them and they sounded upset, how dare I ask questions about my vehicle. The woman Maria said she would call me when painting started. I never did get that call. Everytime I called a secretary would ask me questions kind of how robots do before you're actually connected to someone. She never knew any of the answers to my questions. Not sure what the point of her was. She would say, "let me get Maria." And then Maria would get on the phone and not have a clue who I was or my questions. So again what was the point of that secretary. Then on their status updates it kept saying I owed $500 but they never included the insurance amount as well. I swear it's the most unorganized company. Then at one point Maria went to go get info from some guy who had to go look at the car???? Why isn't all the info in the system why do you have to take 15 mins to stare at my car to answer my questions. Then he gets on the phone??? Did I ask to get transferred to several people??? Who once again didn't know who I was or my questions. I repeated myself several hundred times. These people were complete morons. They just can't run a business. Many people told me not to go there but that was on me because I didn't listen. But now I know. Oh and they kept referring to the navigation as the radio? My radio worked just find, it was the navigation, idiots!

Marty at Caliber collision in Folsom was extremely helpful and courteous. He provided a clear explanation of repair work and process. The work done was impressive, the body work is perfect. The time line was accurate and he returned the car within timeframe promised. We would definitely recommend this shop location to anyone needing auto body repair and service. The front office staff are great and the waiting area is very customer friendly. Thank you Marty and your team for a great experience.

First class work and customer service! Caliber and Marty Howard did a great job fixing my car, keeping me updated and working with the insurance company. I was at the end of my rope dealing with the other driver's insurance company when I brought my car in to get the front end repaired. Marty took over and got it done on budget and early. He and the technician even took care of a fender dent- at no charge- that the insurance company wouldn't pay for. I highly recommend Caliber on Auto Plaza Drive if you need body work done. They're the best I've dealt with.
