I recently purchased a gaming tower from this location. Upon walking in I noticed the Best Buy employees out numbered customers 3 to 1. With another 15 or so geek squad employees walking around. Receiving no reception from any of them I located the tower I wished to purchase. It wasn't until I moved the box to inspect it to ensure it was correct, I was asked if I needed help. I replied I want to purchase this item. I hadn't brought in a cart to carry it, and I asked if they could get me a cart. I was told the carts where at the entrance. After walking past the 40 plus employees to retrieve a cart. I purchased the tower. To then be asked if I wanted a extended warranty that would be repaired by thier geek squad. I thought, do you seriously think I would want them at my home. Good products, decent pricing, non existent customer service.

The location is store was nice however the staff I dealt with that day were terribly rude! Usually I don’t have an issue at Best Buy’s but this one specifically had very rude staff!

Very nice people, the only reason it's not a 5 is because I ordered online for curbside and when I got there, they didn't have it that day. Ugh! But, it wasn't mentioned on their site.

Good store with a decent selection of electronics.
Very helpful and friendly employees.
One can read the reviews of the products online, come in to buy something, and still be unsure.
I find that the helpful interactions with the smart employees here that always help seal the deal.
If the product still turns out to be bad, it's nobody's fault but the manufacturers for not putting their products through proper quality testing. Anyway, I find the buys here are usually the best.
