Wow, beautiful shop and such talented jeweler! My diamond fell out of its setting and I brought it to Berilian. They reset my stone, restored my ring, and now it looks incredible. I’m just so happy with the care and service here and my gorgeous ring looks better than new!

I accidentally broke my 925 silver bracelet. I dropped it off for repair on Wednesday and they told me I could pick it up anytime Friday. The price of repair was $30. My bracelet was repaired and polished. The staff is friendly and professional. I am very satisfied with their service. Thank you!

Went here for jewelry resizing. The jeweler did a great job with doing exactly what I needed and the fit of my gold items was perfect. Service was simple, straightforward and friendly. They promised a certain number of days to finish my request, and it was completed in that time. They also have an excellent selection of jewelry, especially bracelets and rings. Gorgeous pieces, a mix of cool vintage styles and classic ones. I will surely return again for a possible purchase of a new jewelry piece.

I am not from the area but was in El Dorado Hills babysitting my grandson. My watch battery died so I looked online for a place to have that done. I found Berilian Jewelers and could not feel happier I found them. They immediately replaced the battery and offered to check/clean my wedding ring. Cost was reasonable and the man that helped me was friendly and upbeat. Exactly what I needed! Thanks much!

I have only had jewelry repairs done here but I have had a great experience. Not all places do jewelry repair in-house but they do. Your jewelry will stay on site and will be repaired in the exact way you ask it to be. Very happy I came upon this business.

Lovely experience! I went in to have my wedding band replated with white gold. They noticed my prongs were really worn down and repaired those too. Everything was completed same day! My ring looks brand new! I couldn't be happier! We will use Berilian as our jeweler from now on!

Love, Love, Love this store. They are so thoughtful and always willing to clean and inspect my jewelry. They re-created my wedding ring and added a halo. I get compliments all the time and couldn't be more thankful!

The owner (The lady that every one is talking about) has no expertise in fixing Jewelries, yet she would give you lot of wrong suggestions. If you are not buying and not planning to spend couple of grands, the owner would almost ignore you and make you feel that she is doing you a favor by answering your questions. Honestly not sure where all those 5 stars coming from as I personally went there based on the 5 star reviews and was very shocked when I witnessed such a poor customer service and how I was treated.

Been searching for jewelry repair shop for a long time and Berilian Jewelers never failed me.Susan is very honest and provided me the information needed before repairing my 2 favorite necklaces. They soldered them back together flawlessly and in a very timely manner. I can't even tell where the broken links was.I highly recommend Berilian Jewelers for a great customer service, excellent work and affordable prices.Thank you for all you do!
