Went in to get my nails filled I was charged a few weeks ago just $40 this time they charged me 48 for the same thing except for they had to add 1 tip $8 = 1 nail tip And didn't bother to tell me this until I went to pay when it was all done. I decided to get a pedicure because I was long overdue wearing open sandals and flip-flops everyday the older lady that works there that does the pedicures had an attitude and pretty much embarrassed me. I will never go back there! They should refund me that pedi cure she didn't speak to me except for to ask what color I wanted I did not get a thank you I didn't get anything she just walked away after dealing with my pedicure. Work was not great at all. Too expensive for the work I got. Also, the lady who did my pedicure had an attitude.

Highly recommend this neighborhood salon! Have been coming once a month for the last 1.5 years and have always had a great experience. All the nail techs are good! Make a reservation and you'll walk out happy with a great pedicure.

Came here for mani and pedi with my kids (appointment made ahead of time). Kids only got a pedi and a polish on hands (not sure what happened to their manicure. The kids picked out colors instead of getting what they picked out they got a different color (one said she couldn't find the color but the other just swapped the color out). My manicure was the worst. Half my nails were filed Crooked. After spending $160 total and having to go home and re-file all of my nails is ridiculous. Just rushed and not worth the time or money. I used to come to this place a lot and really enjoyed it but for the past year or two I've been going elsewhere and it was an utter mistake coming back to this place.

Went in an hour before they closed just for eyebrow wax and turned me down and said their closed for the day and can’t do it. Waxing takes 10 minutes. Maybe not even 10 minutes. Will not be back to do business with them.

Just had a mani pedi and Lynn did a wonderful job! My nails are beautiful. She was detailed and took her time to make everything was perfect. She also gave a great foot massage. I highly recommend this place!

Great atmosphere, cleanliness, and I love Kathy.She is personable, attentive, professional.I always ask for Kathy , or make an appointment to be cared for by only Kathy. When we first met she listened carefully when I explained what I wanted done, and She did a splendid job ( pedicure and fills) , and every time I visit the shop she does excellent work.Kathy is the BEST!Services: Acrylic nails

I just had a dip manicure at Bebe nails and I can't believe I haven't been to this gem in Folsom before! They were sooo friendly and did a wonderful job. My appointment was at 12, but they called me ahead of time to let me know that they were running 15 minutes behind. I appreciated this as no other salon has done this for me -- it was so nice to run an errand rather than sit and wait for those 15 minutes. I will definitely be back!!!
