The manager Jon went out of his way to help us get funding to the local Title company here in Bend. Can't say enough to recommend Banner Bank to anyone that needs to do any sort of Banking.

What an incredible bank! Jonathan Ricketts was our loan originator and we cannot praise him nearly enough for his service and transparent, consistent communication. We waited 15 days for a New York corporate bank (Quorum) to approve our home loan.....they finally approved us but failed to send us Closing Docs. On Day 15 we engaged Jonathan at Banner Bank and received an approval in 24 hours, loan docs in appx 36 hours. Unbelievable talent. Incredible service. My wife and I own 2 small businesses and we highly recommend Jonathan and Banner Bank to anyone needing a home loan.

Banner Bank is represented as one place? they do the complete opposite? Don't waste 2 months of your life trying to get a home loan.. the worst thing you can do is escalated to the regional manager named Anthony and he'll just waste your phone calls after any Investments you make!!! this bank is horrible. $650 dollars out of pocket!!! Thank you Stephanie branch manager for the warning.. and some lady named Colleen. The appraisal on a house during a pandemic for less than what I bought it for two years ago..
