Very clean and very helpful. Joshua Sanchez was incredible at helping me start an account with Bank of America, he went above and beyond for me and asked any questions I had, and I could tell me had my best interest in mind the whole time. I can't recommend him enough.

Usually only one teller and a line back to the entrance. When you are served, the customer service is usually just average.

THE worse customer service Ever!! Clearly this lady has a mental issue because it’s simply just not right! Could not answer simple questions. My wife has never been this furious. I hate to waist time on someone like this but something has to be done for the shareholders and people of Folsom Area. Lakshmi literally threw the cash at my wife in front of my two ykung children without counting the money. You can check cameras at 3:30 11/10 Thursday. Did not greet , no smile no help whatsoever . Beyond belief! The other two employees also look the same race which means they are related or friends which tells us why she hasn’t got fired by now!I noticed the other reviews on here mention her numerous times one from 5 years ago wow!! She is stillHere!?!No king will I bank with them and my holdings are going to Chase! CPParmar won’t do anything but they are friends but Brian Moynihan Hopfully gets this and goes to work on this whole location.Folsom is getting 1000plus new apartments across the street. And 10000 new homes being built all within 5 miles radius of this branch. If this lady stays you will fail!

I have used ATM’s in some of the sketchiest areas of the US and never felt as unsafe as I have at this location. Cars parked all around the bank with random people sitting in them, eating on top of them, or working on them it’s no wonder everyone is nervous getting money out of this ATM.

This place harbors felons, who are scammers on the internet. I was scammed for Deposit $$ on a future rental house and I even had the culprits account info. I had the police report and Bank of America protected the internet thieves $$ instead of "freezing" the account. That's why scammers are not afraid to steal peoples $$. Because of negligent companies like Bank of America the thieves are able to keep on stealing and Bank of America just doesn't care. I am a US Navy Veteran who is not wealthy. I lost $7000 of my hard earned $$ and Bank of America just let them get away with it. I'm so angry , I just had to take this huge loss and move on, or else I was well on my way to being a terrible, angry person. Thanks Bank of America, you should be embarrassed to have the country in your title. You DON'T DESERVE IT! YOU CROOKS !!!

Made an appointment fir a name change and still waiting 25 minutes later and waited almost 10 minutes to even be acknowledged in the lobby. This is a terrible branch location. Waste of my time and my family has 6 accounts!

Having most of your branches closed is getting tiresome...not to mention only having one teller. I’ve been a customer for over 35 years and I find dealing with this bank very difficult. As far as I’m concerned they should give the tellers a raise and tell everyone else to go home.
