Bank of America Edd prepaid horrible horrible service I was trying to register online I was having so much problem none of staff were able to help me my call was getting transferred non stop. So frustrating I am glad I don't bank with them only my Edd funds came here and it's a headache. Horrible service!!

Almost canceled my appointment today due to a family emergency. Dealing with such tragic news I did not even want to leave the house. But I was pressed for time 2 open up account because i'm refinancing. The minute I walked in I could see manny's energy. He was radiant and glowing. He was radiant and glowing.The customers he was assisting had huge smiles on their face!!Working with him was phenomenal. He is very humble and down to earth. Not only does he know his stuff but he shares information with you and let's you ask as many questions as you want. Today customer service doesn't exist. Manny takes his job serious and and provides excellent customer service.You are an asset to be to BofA!

Since when Bank of America require proof of residency to open an account? We were turned down at this particular location. Good luck on loosing customers, we'll do business elsewhere.

Very friendly, professional staff. Travis Rube, the Financial Service Manager went above and beyond today to help us out with cashing a money order that was drawn from another location and get the funds in our account today. I highly recommend this branch for friendly, competent and professional service.

At this location there is a lady by the name of Andreaj Zavala. I have been a client of her's for a few years now. She provides some of the best service out there. If you are looking for a new small business consultant I highly recommend going to her.

The manager in this branch does not know the basics of customer relationship. She is very rude. I am not sure how she is qualified for this position. BOA should remove her from customer engagement positions. She may be posted in the back office where customer interaction is not needed.

Such a rude service. I have an advantage relationship banking account. The in-charge or supervisor of this branch (some Indian lady) was so rude when we were asking clarification about a transaction (she was not able to answer the question) and very rudely asked me to close the account if we don't like the service. No wonder why this branch has pathetic rating and BOA is going down in business. This is for advantage relationship banking account. Then you can imagine, how the service will be for lower account types. Do not open any account with BOA. There are lot of other banks with much better services. Stay away from BOA. Your accounts and transactions are not secured in BOA.
