On July 6th at 9:45 pm I was having trouble with my lights. I knew the store was about to close but i decided to take my chances and visited store 5916. The store manager said to give him a minute to finish up with the customer and he would help me . I had an alternator put on my car recently and thought that was the cause of my lights. But he assured me that, that wasn't my issue. He had me pop my hood and he went to work, it ended up being my headlights, he told me that with the headlights more than likely if I change 1 the other may go out, which made sense, so he changed both my bulbs, I'm so grateful for him because I was with my daughter and it's kinda scary out at night these days. I would like to give a special thanks to James
Messier at store 5916 for going out of his way to make sure that I made it home safely, especially since his store was about to close.

Had a great experience with the Eli! He sold me a battery and put it in my car. Between the transaction and him putting in the battery it took about 15 minutes which was super fast. Definitely earned my business

Jason saved me! I had a friend visiting and found out my waverunner wasn’t running right. He found all the parts for me, went out of his way to make sure they were all the correct ones, and delivered friendly and awesome service! Thanks Jason!!

Bad customer service. I didn't get a hello, someone will be right with you, I was just ignored. If I hadn't already paid online for the item I would have gone elsewhere.

Jason at the Folsom store rocks! Popped off my bumper and we got my rear parking assist light back into place. No more warning lights, will be able to take my trip now. He definitely needs it a raise.

I have always enjoyed diy-ing my basic car needs and taking care of everything around my vehicle outside of transmission and lower-end repairs — until my wife got a bmw. Josh at Autozone Folsom has proven amazing at being able to unstick me from the German engineering nightmare that is the beamer as he definitely knows his way around these vehicles. I highly recommend Autozone Folsom as these guys have always been incredibly knowledgeable, patient, friendly, helpful and professional.

Excellent service! My battery died at 8pm on a weeknight and I was able to get to this AutoZone location by 8:30pm. Jason assisted me in identifying the correct battery and installing it quickly and thoroughly. Seemed like I was in and out in 10 mins or less. Despite it being late and approaching closing time, Jason was very helpful. I’ll always choose this location for any auto parts and accessories.

The Autozone staff was so nice. I called ahead about car battery availability and ability to install. Biggest shout out to Steven Y! He tested my old battery to first confirm that was the issue and not something else. He handled the install which was not easy in the rain and nearing sunset. So appreciative for your time and patience!

Jan , a taller slim cuacasian dude, who works here, will disspaoint you everytime, help yourself and go to any other department store like ACE or even walmart to get what you need.This guy meets you with the most hostile mentality from start to finish, prepare to have your vibes ruined, at blue ravine autozone!
